I ordered a frame only, and I received it very quickly, exactly as ordered which was great. I was going to have my prescription lenses made for the frame but the cost was pretty far out there. So do your homework

Stellar service and convenience.
Delivery and convenience were stellar and the frames were nice but unfortunately they did not compliment my facial features as i had envisioned so i returned the frames.

Eyeglasses.com has replaced the lenses in four of my frames and I have been very happy with the results each time. I can tell if a prescription is off even a little and all of my replacement lenses were done correctly. I will continue to use eyeglasses.com.

No dummy glass
My script can only be done thru an optometrist who doesn't carry Silhouette glasses so I ordered frames from you.I couldn't believe you only sent the nose piece and arms.This has really delayed my new script since they must now be sent to another company for dummy glass then back to optometrist for eye measure accuracy then back to company for script.These 3 little pieces cost me $363.31 CAN I truly love the flexibility of Silhouette and don't mind paying for quality but this has cost me more than it would have if dummy lens were included

I had a slight issue with the frames sent, this company did a fabulous job taking care of the issue ASAP. Great customer service and I'll never buy glasses in a store again! The prices are great and the lenses were absolutely perfect!

Where are you?
My glasses arrived with one of the arms significantly bent (looks more like a manufacturing than like damage), along with nontrivial lens aberration. Despite several attempts to contact customer service by email, I have not heard back from anyone. Hoping this can be resolved!
