Dear customer,
Thank you for your order, however I am afraid that we only have one of the blankets left in our sale.
We can however order another in however this would be at the full price of £160.00.
I can send you the one and refund the difference to you, or I would need to take payment for the additional amount and can order the additional blanket in asap.
Please let me know what you would like to do.
Kind Regards

Dear F&P,
I have just read your emails, as I was wondering why the order hadn't arrived.
This is very disappointing for the following reasons. Firstly, I had order confirmation from yourselves, secondly, your email indicates that you can still supply the stock but not at the price you had advertised. Finally, I have just checked on your website and the product is still advertised as available at £80.
Therefore, your suggestion to supply at a higher price is not fair trading practice and I would like you to honour your advertised price and supply the goods I ordered asap please.
Best regards,
Customer

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your e-mail, however I am afraid that we only have the one throw on sale.
I can send this one to you and refund the difference. Payment for items are always taken at the time of ordering, but there are cases where we cannot supply the items requested. We do at this stage refund any monies to the customer.
The throw is still on our website at the sale price, as we were waiting to hear from you as to whether you still require the one throw. If you do then the price would be amended moving forward, if you didn’t then we would still have the one throw on sale.
I am sorry that you are disappointed with the situation and I am sorry that we only have the one available on sale.
Please let me know whether you would still like the one throw or if you wish me to cancel your order. I will of course action accordingly.
Kind Regards
F&P

Dear F&P,
I am thrown at your customer service.
At best, this is very poor and at worst I believe you are in breach of trading standards. (You have stock to supply but you won't at the price advertised)
I would suggest one of the following:
1. You deliver the order for the price it was advertised and I have paid
2. You give me a full refund immediately for all of the order.
If you choose not to supply then I will be following this through with trading standards.
As an aside, suggest you remove the item from your website, before you throw more of your consumers into a state of confusion.
Best regards,
Customer
