Excellent service from start to finish. I was helped and guided throughout, this was extremely helpful as it was my first time of having to do anything like this. Got the money I was owed without too trouble. Value for money service, and absolutely recommend them.

Complete waste of time, money and energy. We found FJ Credit Control and spoke with Paula and she promised the world (what a sales pitch) in fact they never delivered what they stated made up jobs to try and make up for the time they charged and had the cheek to even over charge us one month. The whole system is automated and they even tried to set up a chaser.com account and denied it. Stay away save your money and if in any doubt contact us LetLoos Ltd and I will be happy to have a chat and show proof

Great company to work with. Got us a settlement on a very outstanding invoice in very quick time. Hopefully we won't have to, but if we ever need to look at reclamation of an outstanding debt again FJ will be our first and only call.

Easily the most credible credit management company I have worked with, efficient and effective. Ive been working with FJ Credit Management for approximately 4 months to manage bad debts, fortunately we only had a handful. Sharon & Paula helped us as a small business to create a process to deal with them and advised and delivered legal action when required. Dealing with bad debt is often emotional for business owners like myself, it's something that keeps you awake at night. I can comfortably say that Im stress free with regards to my companies debtors as I know we are in safe, experienced hands with FJ Credit Management. Customer service is also the best i've received from any supplier to date. They're also flexible around commercials and don't lock you into contracts that are unnecessary. and only pretend they did what they promised.
Thankfully I kept all my proof and emails and we got justice, all my money back.
Franklin James took just 10% of the dept for payment which I feel is exceptionally fair considering all the work
that goes into collecting the dept.

Sharon and Paula have been fantastic in helping us recoup outstanding rent arrears. Their professional approach helped bridge communication between ourselves and the debtor which resulted in 100% of the debt being collected over an agreed payment plan. We will certainly be using FJ Credit again.
