I made an order on Fnac for the first time a month ago.
Neither money nor goods, it all looks like a scam.
In the last week, there was a note that the product was delivered. But it's not true
I do not recommend the company. I just moved and am currently making dozens of orders on different sites, and only had such problems with Fnac.

I asked if I can pay small payments and not one time and the response was:
- no with your student visa you need to have a titre as card (which I can absorb)
- you don't speak french ! Which is extremely humiliating! I can't remember the employee's name to mention it but that was so weird. International students and employees pay attention to such bad customer service.

Bought 2 records on 9/7/2022. They were never delivered because they were not available. 3 months after the ordering I got an email I was going to be reimbursed which they did only I paid for the records 36€ and got 21€ because there was 15€ in coupons which I earned. What happened to those coupons and why they are not reimbursed is a mystery to me. Fnac is unreliable, avoid at allcosts!
Their costumer service is worthless and quite unreachable!

I bought yesterday a refurbished IPad and fnac offered me the 1 business day express delivery. Was very excited as I needed it before going on holiday. The next day I check my order and I see that it's still in validation process, not even prepared or sent . I directly cancelled . Some other reviews are saying that the express delivery is not reliable . I won't recommend and probably won't order again from Fnac.
And please fnac stop sending automatic respond to comments here.It shows even more that you're careless.

I had a very bad experience using the fnac mall platform in the last month i had invested some of my hard working money on this platform
I have been requesting for the last 2 weeks to have my funds refunded and my account on this platform closed only to be ignored till now. As of this post my issue is still not resolved.

Someone created an account by entering my email and made purchases. This account was NOT created by me, and I did NOT make any of the purchases. Delete de account immediately and cancel all purchases. It's impossible con contact this site as no one speaks English. This is a severe violation of GDPR.

I bought a vinyl record from Fnac, but there was 1 record missing. I was visiting France so I could only send it back via mail. Fnac also removed my negative review from their website. Poor customer service for such a large company.
**EDIT: I contacted custom service but they refused a refund as it was after 15 days. As I was traveling the record was not opened so I had no way to know a record was missing.
Very poor standards for a large company. I WILL AVOID using it anyway as the quality of their records has been poor as well.

In all honesty, Fnac is a has been company. I mean, where is all the former customer service gone?
I ordered a package of 650euro online, which I refused at the door, and now three months later I am still waiting for the refund... I filed for a refund months ago, mailed, called, nothing has come through yet. Beware, I am never buying anything from them again. Let's see what the bank can do about this fraudulent behaviour, I mean this is shameless thievery. Honestly, after this, I'd advise to buy elsewhere.

I ordered a dyson fan and hair dryer on 30th March and I didn’t hear from them after paying over 1000chf about the delivery till 1 week after. And it’s been more two weeks today since I placed my order and I was supposed to recieve it today. I don’t know what’s the problem but the courier they chose decided they can’t do it and I have to go pick it up from the post office. So what’s the point of using their delivery service when I have to go personally to pick up the heavy item myself, not to mention the waiting period. I would not purchase any electronic devices from fnac Switzerland ever again!

They give you a month free insurance with mobile purchase, explained that you can call and cancel anytime. It’s a lie once 30 days pass you enter into a 12 month contract. Not legal but good luck fighting the insurance company.

The language barrier is very clear when I follow exact instructions to return an item. Sadly the package I paid to send back to the adress they gave me didn't deliver. I tried to contact them again, they promised I got a refund, but I never got any.

Fnac will not process exchanges or refunds. They say they do, but they will actually make every effort to avoid it, including requiring numbers they never provide you and even hanging up on you on the phone if you ask for a refund!

I made an honest mistake when purchasing an ebook, but was categorically denied a refund or any compensation despite the fact that you are able to remove the book from my library and thus ensure I do not read it. Really disappointed.

I bought a powerbank - supposedly a good one that cost €40. I brought it home to Denmark - and it turns out it doesn't work. It can be charged, but it cannot charge any device with any cable in our household. Apparently the out-ports don't work. I wrote to the support-chat, and they didn't want to help or ship me another oone. They told me to travel back to Paris and have it checked!!! From Denmark!!! And besides, they didn't even make the effort to translate their messages into English - I was the one having to go through google translate each time they wrote me. So much for costumer service! I would never, ever recommend a company like that!!! :-(

my child bought 2 gift cards for €40 when he was not allowed. I then tried to return these, without leaving the shop, and they did not refund them. I am very disappointed with this terrible customer experience.
