Help from granddaughter
My granddaughter helped to put it together for both of us. She would explain any of the options that needed it and it would be understood. She is also very good with a computer so could easily go back and forth without messing up. I think it was straight forward and am thankful for the option.

FreeWill provides excellent estate planning tools!
FreeWill is extremely easy to use. I created a Revocable Living Trust, an Advanced Healthcare Directive, and a Durable Financial Power of Attorney in one sitting. The most difficult part was making decisions about how to specify my wishes. Most terms are explained and I found the process easy to navigate. Of course, I will have my Financial Advisor review all documents and execute them.
This is one site where free is actually free!

The process was very easy and thorough! I was impressed with the documents they offered, as well as the instructions on how to complete them (signing, notary, transfer of property, etc.). I've used other services and FreeWill is by far the best. I also looked at the poor rating scores and believe many, if not all, used a different service as the complaints that were cited are not valid. I definitely give FreeWill a top rating.

Simple and thorough. Definitely recommend
I am in my thirties and had a pretty serious health scare this year. I don’t have an extensive portfolio but do have savings, retirement, a house, and mutual funds I wanted to account for if something happened to me. Admittedly I was in shock and had a fear around meeting with an advisor to have a more formal process around creating my will. I found this online and it was extremely simple, took about 30 minutes and I was able to notarize it online through a different platform. For anyone who may be younger or with simple assets, this covers everything and is straight forward.

What could have been a difficult task was made relatively easy
This was my first experience creating a living will and I must say that they made it as easy as it could be. I also very much appreciated how, in terms of nonprofits I wanted to donate to, that I only needed to put in the names and they generated the tax IDs. I will be going back and adjusting what I started tonight, but they made something that I had been avoiding doing (because of whatever hassle I expected it to be) and they made it straight-forward and relatively easy.
