Among the worst and dysfunctional…

Among the worst and dysfunctional institute on the island. They were supposed to investigate, protect and stop any abuse against financial institution and insurance companies.

But they do not do anything, complaints are untreated, dragged for months. No willingness to help consumers. Total waste of public funds

BDSwiss

Complaint about BDS Markets (Mauritius): withdrawals pending since october 2024. Evidence ready (statements, emails, screenshots). We need clearer timelines and effective action for affected clients.

I have a really upsetting me withdrawal…

I have a really upsetting me withdrawal issue with a broker that is regulated by the Mauritius FSC (Financial Services Commission). The broker - BDSwiss seems have all kind of problems - liquidity, management and nearly careless and even fraudulent behavior failing to withdrawal its clients funds, citing to some technical adjustments and unforeseen circumstances. BDSwiss has clearly failed to meet its regulatory and contractual obligations. Given that the issue with BDSwiss persists since September 2024 for some cases stated online, mine personally from May 2025, and that the Company is holding authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC) license number C116016172 it is clear that the Mauritius (FSC) has clearly failed in its obligations and as a regulator as well.

1 Star – Shockingly Ineffective Regulator (FSC Mauritius)

I lodged a formal complaint with FSC Mauritius in February 2025 after BDSwiss refused to release funds I’d been waiting on since August 2024. At first, FSC’s customer-service team acknowledged receipt of my emails and promised an investigation, but as soon as I provided all the evidence (including every single support ticket and email thread from both BDSwiss and Amicorp), they went radio-silent.

It’s outrageous that a financial regulator charged with protecting investors would disappear the moment real money is at stake. When I pressed for updates about my unwithdrawable funds, FSC’s representatives stopped answering entirely, just like BDSwiss and their “partner” Amicorp. It feels as if the regulator is complicit, tacitly supporting BDSwiss’s opaque practices rather than enforcing transparency or accountability.

I remain owed a significant sum from my BDSwiss account dating back to August 2024, and despite countless follow-ups since February 2025, FSC Mauritius has done absolutely nothing. No inquiries, no mediation, no penalties...only the deafening sound of bureaucratic indifference. If you value your hard-earned money, beware: the FSC appears utterly incapable or unwilling to hold firms like BDSwiss to account. I’m left totally disappointed, outraged, and still waiting for the justice that should have been delivered months ago. Their staff should be processed.
