Fast and Cheap

I was amazed at how cheap the cost was. Until I realized the game was on special on Xbox Live as well. Wheee! Oh well at least the whole transaction was fast and easy.

Only attend if they see a negative review on Trustpilot

Finally the issue I had was resolved, after 10 days, and only after a bad review on Trustpilot.
If you open a ticket, it gets unattended for weeks.
If they see a bad review on Trustpilot, they answer within the day.
How would you call this?

Yes, the payment was holded in your system because I openes a dispute. However this dispute was opened and closed 10 DAYS ago!! And it was today, after my review, that you finally clicked a button to release the payment. Of course, I did not get a single explanation/apology or even a message in the ticket I opened.

You are a disgusting customer service and you give ZERO value to the transaction between the seller and the buyer.

Wanted to but purchase a ps plus…

Wanted to but purchase a ps plus subscription. Only to find you are not purchasing the subscription but instead purchasing an account. In absolutely no world is this a good idea. The original account creator could easily change the account details and you would love it and your money.

Fraud by G2A. They keep closing my tickets without resolving the issue.

My account was blocked after I tried to pay for advertising. Two days later, it was unblocked. After that, I tried to pay for advertising again, and my account was blocked again.

After 9 days, I was told that my account was blocked due to violations, but I did not violate anything. I was also never clearly informed what exactly I allegedly violated.

Now I cannot log in to my account, I cannot reply to my clients, and I cannot withdraw my funds. My tickets are also being closed: Ticket [QXNK-829442], Ticket [WRRL-038411], Ticket [UAPE-525973], and Ticket [APSC-325607]. Ticket [APSC-325607] was closed without giving me any opportunity to access my account or withdraw my money.

Please urgently review my case, explain the exact reason for the restrictions, allow me to log in to my account, and enable withdrawals so I can receive my funds.
