Retention time has grown worse and worse over time. Charging me USD 29.99 for ages (Diamond), and I've just recently found out they charge 21.99 for new customers.
I'm out - and changing to Newsdemon . Far better retention - and at full throttle on my gigabit connection. Oh, and at USD 6.00 per month ...

Retention has been dropping for quite some time. They continue to charge 3X the prices you can get at much better providers.

I've been using Giganews for years, it worked fine until a few months. Giganews has become very unreliable, most of the posts are incomplete or missing, I am going to close my Diamond account because of that. A big waste of time and money.
