We decided to change card machine providers and were visited by Michaela Bray who set everything up for us. Great rates and service all done very professionally by Michaela. We are extremely happy with the machines and service we receive. I would highly recommend.
Service and offer they provided were brilliant. Agent Andy was very helpful and highly recommended.
Do not choose this company they have a bad and poor customer service. They are very friendly and helpfull until you sign the contract after that they do not care. They had to replace the terminals 3 times they were old rusty and was not working properly.

DECLINE EVEN WHEN THE MONEY IS IN THE ACCOUNT WE HAVE TO WAIT DAYS FOR THEM TO APPROVE CHARGES I HAD ONE CUSTOMER HAD TO GO TO THE BANK THREE TIMES PROVING HE HAD THE MONEY IN HIS ACCOUNT, BEFOR THEY WOULD LET THE PAYMENT GO THROUGH I AM NOW LOOKING FOR ANOTHER CARD COMPANY TO USE. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO BE CHASING THE CARD COMPANY FOR OUR MONEY.

Take card payments over phone by mail Oder .but customer called they for chargeback with no reason they decided charge from our which we denied.we do not have responsibility to pay for it and we only doing business don’t take care customer card safety .It is completely stolen money from restaurant,disgusting.terrible service.
