Employees make the company

Honestly, I haven't been a huge fan of Godaddy although I am a long time customer. Employees make the company . Daniel, who was my godaddy representative today,on the phone, overcomes any misgivings I have about godaddy. It was a pleasure doing business with him. Helpful, straight forward, problem solver, professional yet personable! Hire more Daniels!!

Good but could do with better link up of reps with customers

My advice with GoDaddy is that although their virtual assistant can probably resolve many issues, it's good to talk to someone there and some reps are better than others. In general, though, happy with GoDaddy service. It's shame that if you lose a connection you're not put back to the person you were first talking to

The incompetence is incomprehendable.

GoDaddy will make it difficult to impossible to cancel a service. Its always easy to sign up and spend your money. When you want to stop a service, the incompetence of the company is incomprehendable. The number of obastacles and steps you need to go through while you are bombared to upgrade and add useless "services" is astonishing. There should be a law against predatory practices like these.

I don't like the company policy of…

I don't like the company policy of having their customer support employees selling and selling as their prime objective. There hasn't been a single call where they don't try to push and sell something. Blaming issues because I didn't purchase this or that. Perhaps you should focus on having satisfied customers that then will purchase more. But only if they feel right.

Cannot get resolution; poor customer service; numerous calls to try to resolve so date of experience isn't the way for me to say when my experience happened.

Cannot get resolution; godaddy telling me its my fault just because they can't figure it out. I spent lots of dollars with MAC support, software support, MS support and none indicate there is any problem with my technology configuration. The email has never worked properly and I blame this on godaddty - why? because I use outlook outside of godaddy and it works!

Go Daddy aren't the cheapest but..... you get what you pay for.

Go Daddy aren't the cheapest, but its when you have issues that you get the real value you pay for. I messed up a few things and the team at Go Daddy were patient, understanding and ultimately provided the perfect solution. So well worth the money and thank you Gianfranco for your help.

The service rep spoke clear English

The service rep spoke clear English. She was pleasant, patient - not able to help me, but was able to tell me where to get the help (my site was having a problem - I have GoDaddy Domain, but another vendor for my site - I had to fix it there. She offered me a deal to move to GoDaddy, where my issues could be resolved by GoDaddy.

Microsoft vs GoDaddy

Microsoft vs GoDaddy
I had a frustrating problem with Microsoft trying to force use of its Authenticator program. Try as I might, I was not able to use Microsoft's protocol for downloading and using the app. John Anthony patiently worked through a series of troubleshooting steps and provisionally resolved the problem so I can use outlook's webmail feature to recover the use of email again. Very helpful service albeit the solution might be a bit limited.

Good price and good contact

On the advice of a friend, we contacted Safeer Automotive for the rental of a 4WD for 3 weeks. The contact from France went very well and the price seemed very reasonable. We had a problem because the brake pads were worn and had to be changed, but I maintain the 5 stars because the support went very well. I therefore recommend this company without any problem. I just hope that the security deposit, quite important (OMR 150), will be returned in a month as planed without any problem, and that I do not have to re-evaluate the rating!

I’ve been using Go Daddy since 1996

I’ve been using Go Daddy since 1996. I’ve hosted three or four websites there and it’s great that you can call Americans and get your questions answered so you can go back to your business for hosting websites and domains. If you’re the type of person that has to modify every now and then That’s priceless. One thing I don’t like are the Microsoft emails and their one year subscriptions recently I was charged almost $1000 on one year subscriptions to Microsoft Office, which they reversed and gave me a credit on five or 10 years ago. You can rely on Crowe for Gmail to provide human tech-support. They no longer do unless you’re a huge enterprise and there is no option to buy human tech-support at corporate Gmail anymore so go daddy is your best bet.

GoDaddy customer service is the best. The representatives are very patient, and knowledgeable.
I am not all that tech savvy but The representatives never made me feel like I was not capable of doing what I needed help with. This company has a lot of good products to help grow my business.

Jonathan rocks

In today's society, the hope to get "okay" service seems to be the norm, which is sad. Today I got nothing nearly close to that. If there was more than 5-star review, he deserves it. Jonathan was polite, professional, knowledgeable. All around exceptional. My issues were resolved. All questions answered with understandable explanations.

GoDaddy, Unique Among Website Hosts

Since I already have one website hosted by GoDaddy, I called them to set up a unique website that Shopify had already been unable to fashion for me. The GoDaddy agent was pleasant, knowledgeable, and able to set up an affordable website that can provide and perform the service I need for a website build, and which no other platform I contacted could provide. Thank you yet again, GoDaddy!

Exceptional Service & Support

I am pretty new to Godaddy & just created my e-commerce store & website. I have had to call support a few times to assist in navigating through process & received Top Notch Service every time! Today spoke with “Josh”- Absolutely SUPERB! If I could give him 10 stars alone, I would! He stayed on the phone with me 2hrs! To fix an issue with my pricing & other areas I needed to address. I was a regional VP for customer service, and he is the epitome of what customer service is all about! Patient, Friendly, professional & always willing to above & beyond the scope of his job. Thank you Godaddy for employing such phenomenal employees that truly want to help people and seem to enjoy doing so.

I hate that I don't remember my…

I hate that I don't remember my representatives name because she definitely remembered mine. She went above and beyond to assist me with the numerous changes that needed to be made on my website. She held my hand through the entire process. Not only was she patient but she helped me by making some very practical suggestions. I don't regret the money I've sent with Godaddy
