These services give everyone the opportunity to customize their trip according to their needs. Many tickets are for example not possible to cancel or rebook and in these cases it may be good to have, for example, cancellation insurance, which is appreciated by many customers.

All add-on products are completely optional. The booking is always summarized on the page before payment and it is easy to go back from there if you want to change something or discontinue the booking.

We do not charge an administrative to process the refund if the airline cancels a flights. We will request a refund with the airline and if the request is granted then we will process the refund without charging any fee.
