Opened a checking account. Not one time was I able to even use it. Online banking problems, app is terrible and today I get told my account is being closed! Not to mention over the holiday weekend I received an email from HSBC Bank to do a review. They addressed me as not my name or even my user name but the PASSCODE TO MY PHONE!!! Please tell me how on earth could they possibly know my personal phone access code?? How did they get access to that information??? Save your time and money people. WORST banking experience I’ve ever had
Terrible company, I have good credit went through there application possess for a loan and talked with a rep he said everything was in order the next day I was sent an email stating I was denied for not submitting the proper paperwork so I called them and explained I had in fact submitted the right paperwork and it was verified by a customer service rep from there company, of course, the person was more interested in making excuses than helping me, so asked if she could escalate to a manager or supervisor and was told it would be and I would receive a callback, of course, the next day all I got was the same email they sent the first time. So I called again this time they were downright rude I asked again to speak to someone in charge she said why? They can’t help you then put me on hold for 20 minutes until I just hung up do yourself a favor avoid this company at all cost.
