I didn’t want to give 1 but dealing with them is exhausting
I didn’t want to give 1 but really I feel very exhausted, frustrated and annoyed at this company. It took a few emails back and forth to actually book. I paid the deposit immediately but wasn’t contacted to arrange the lessons until I chased and I still had to message the instructor and speak to him which took more time.
I specifically said I need to do my lesson a quickly when I started but it was 2 and half weeks before my 1st lesson was arranged. However this was pushed back twice. Once not even sure was a genuine reason but the second time the instructor explained his situation and being in a similar one I can only sympathise. However I am not mad at the instructor but the booking team who shouldn’t be arranging things for him at this time… he offered to start next week but I’d have lost a month of valuable time!! so after all that, the emailing the waiting the chasing. 3 weeks later I have cancelled, had my deposit back and now booked for an immediate start next week with another company.
These guys are slow, not very professional, disappointing and genuinely a waste of time and effort. Avoid at all cost if you actually need to pass quickly! (I wish Rob the best tho)
