Paul was an absolute gentleman and courteously supported me on my relocation journey from UK to NZ, around my busy life + lack of experience. It was all done with patience, understanding and a sense of humour, despite, I'm sure, me being time consuming as a client. Julie was also a delight to deal with over numerous email communications.
