Theft

My husband ordered this service last year and used my credit card to pay the yearly rate. We used the service less than 20 times, as it kept disconnecting in it's own. MY card was charged AGAIN for a yearly fee. I did not give MY permission to use MY card for a renewal. I emailed the company, and was told that HIS subscription would be cancelled and MY card would be refunded. My husband then received another email offering the service at a lower rate is we changed our mind, but MY card had never been refunded over 2 weeks later.

I got this vpn on the Feb 9 2023 it work great easy to setup on a computer. I leave the VPN on while I am online don't have any problems with it. I like how It will protect yourself on your PC from Spyware and viruses

Don;t deliver the services they say they do

Say on their website that they provide VPN in certain countries like Nigeria, but when you sign u for premium it turns out they don't.

Best VPN!

First of all best VPN, great featires no logs, second, when I needed help from customer support I got a reply immidiately, live chatted until we found a solution to my problem. Great support and great software, recommended!

Great customer service. I had a problem and it was easy to find a form on their website to submit an enquiry (unlike most companies). I received a reply the same day and my problem was resolved within 24 hours.

3 year user

I've had IP Vanish for about 3 years now. I've always gotten it on sale since everytime around my renewal date they run a really big sale. Unfortunately they didn't do that this year. I was able to get in touch with customer service fairly easily and explain my situation. Their customer service was absolutely excellent in helping me with my issue. They were able to renew my subscription for about the same price I paid last year. I just wanted to write this review to give not only the VPN itself 5 stars, but also give 5 stars to their support team who went out of their way to help me out. I greatly appreciate that.

I don't believe the service ever…

I don't believe the service ever actually worked. On top of that, I was double billed in Nov. I just canceled and requested a refund for fees paid today. This was the response:IPVanish will only refund your purchase (Yearly and 2-year plans only) if you have chosen to cancel within the first 30 days of service.If you signed up for a yearly or 2-year plan (Monthly plans not eligible) on our website, you can automatically have a refund processed by logging into our website and completing the cancellation within the first 30 days of your subscription.
I did not see this upon subscribing. I have not even tried using the service since November. Buyer be ware. If you want a refund be sure to subscribe to a lengthy plan, for a service which doesn't appear to work and enjoy being double charged for fees!

Paid for a two year subscription and…

Paid for a two year subscription and still no activation email. What's the delay? I would never order from them again. When I pay for something I expect it right away. money was taken from my account immediately.

IPVanish has charged my account twice…

IPVanish has charged my account twice for renewal causing my account to be overdrawn. Even after calling and speaking with someone. They gave me misinformation on the first call and then refused to pay the overdraw charges even though it is their fault that 2 charges were run. We have done business with them for years, but they obviously don't appreciate me as a customer. Don't do business with them and definitely don't give them a credit card number.

Doesn't work unreliable

Doesn't work, cuts off on every setting tried. Lucky if you can stay on the internet for 10 mins with it. Very unstable

Absolutely crap

Absolutely crap, their online page is a joke, you log into your account and theirs basically nothing their. then they set up a new "account portal"
what another load of crap they wont recognise my password. So i selected cant remember and they said they sent me and email to change my password.. That didnt arrive so now ive an accout that i cant log into! and they dont even give you an option to cancel your account!!

It doesn't even work with YouTube and…

It doesn't even work with YouTube and who knows how many other sites, definitely not worth to subscribe beware! You pay for it to not even work, they don't mention it on their sites but I reached out to their customer support and indeed, they admit it does not work with YouTube and say there's nothing they can do about it. It's not a good VPN service.

I purchased IPVANISH to stop buffering …

I purchased IPVANISH to stop my network provider from throttling my internet speed. This has not helped. I'm still getting throttled daily, especially when a big game comes on. Most of the time I disconnect IPvanish and the streaming works much better. The main reason that I purchased this VPN was to stop the buffering as a result of AT&T throttling and it has not been successful thus far. If there's anything I can do to improve your system on my end please let me know.

don't trust them

they never let you know your subscription is due, cancelled it last year, but they still took a payment, cancelled it again this year, tried to contact someone can't get to anyone, will no have to do it via bank
this company can't be trusted
