It's basic and easy to use. User interface is simple and easy to grok. Nicer looking than Surfshark's confusing and busy UX. Works well. Not all the features I'd like but I'm satisfied and just re-renewed.

Update: IPVanish reached out to help me with my situation. The advertising itself is still a concern, but I am rating 4/5.
If you are skeptical about trying their product and opt for a 1-month money-back trial, they capitalize on you and deny you a refund. The fine print states the money back is only for the annual plan. This is predatory because more skeptical people wanting a refund will wish to try 1 month first.

As i have been a ipvanish customer for nearly 5 years now i can honestly say that their service is excellent and as the www gets increasingly hi tec they have kept up, which includes logging in and changing passwords.
Ipvanish is year on year cheaper than all other vpn providers but there are others now that are offering more inviting services like ad blockers which the internet is increasingly making more annoying, still, i have 4 months left to decide.

The program meets all the criteria required to fulfil my needs. If I could get a little more incentive I would never look for another program to replace what I have.

The amount taken from my PayPal account was way more than the subscription I chose. As it was way out I didn't reply to the confirmation email, hence I have no log on details. Stuck in limbo. Customer services are not very responsive. I've tried to cancel the order but can't find a way.

auto-renewal changed price without notification and different price then agreed.
Be aware that you should never give them the option for auto-renewal since they will cheat you and take more money then you think.
The price they show me on the page was a lot less then they took from my card

The service is great and there are a large number of servers to ping off. I guess the only thing is in the US you don't know where the servers are located and you don't know what state you are pinging off. I like to choose my server location/ otherwise it is great.

IPVANISH is a good product but terrible customer service. After using IPVanish for 4 years, I did not renew but then found my credit card had been renewed for another 3 years without my knowledge. I have been fighting for my return of funds but Ziel at IPVANISH customer service played hardball and I see they have done that with many other customers. BUYER BEWARE. Their attempt to keep customers with a small print that offers refund to some, but not others. You need to replace Ziel and find someone that offers customer service

In answer to a query, I received information that would correct a situation and allow me to sign on to a safe website. I've felt confidence in Ipvanish since I first used the app. I know it is protecting me when a site either refuses to allow me access or list my location as somewhere other than where I am.

I have used IPVanish for several years and have never had any problems with the service.
They have excellent customer service.
They're attentive, knowledgeable, and answered my questions and resolved my issue to my satisfaction.
The issue was not due to the actual service by IPVanish.
I highly recommend IPVanish to anyone be it family or friends.
