They are really impunctual. Never trust them before your flight. They dont start timely and ultimately after a number of stops, they reach to the final destination by around 30 mins delay. I had a trip from Turin to Bergamo airport. I had almost missed my flight for their delays

Ok. So I have been travelling, strongly recommending this bus company bec for over a year I have been using their service almost weekly. Today, my husband and daughter who is 7 was scheduled to go to Rome from Parma at 11.50. The driver did not make a stop in Parma so 7 passengers were all left waiting at the Parma station. It was due to the station being closed early in the morning bec of an upcoming soccer match. Itabus did not arrive. But other buses headed to Rome and Milan an hour before the Itabus schedule already picked up passengers at the station.We all called They said that emails were sent. But we did not get any. All of those 7 passengers waited until 13.20 at the Parma station until the time that the bus location already indicated it arrived in Reggio Emilia.All 7 pax called Itabus hotline while we were there. No call no info and not even a refund. I trusted so much that this service is even more efficient than Trenitalia but it seems that in emergency situations like this, the drivers got to decide for themselves and not think about the losses incurred by the passengers they left behind. EVERY PASSENGER MATTER

In fairness it’s a nice bus with modern interior. Cheap fare from Rome to naples but i won’t waste my energy here. Very disorganized and a clusterf***. People just want to sit wherever they want. Stupid ppl

They cancelled our ticket from Rome to Siena 8 hours before departure leaving me and my family stranded. Worst still they refuse to give us our money back. Initially they sent us a voucher and then after 2 months of chasing, they still fob me off. There is no way now the UK has left the EU to raise this in Italy other than taking them to court via a solicitor. Don't go near them unless you're buying a ticket on the bus!

Avoid this company at all costs! This was my experience with them:
On June 1 Itabus cancelled my bus.
On June 14 I asked for the voucher I was given to be refunded.
After repeated calls on August 9 Itabus sent an email saying they had processed the refund.
4 months after my bus was cancelled and almost 4 months after my initial request for a refund as I'm entitled to by Itabus' own conditions I am still yet to receive it.
Today I again called Itabus and the official told me he would email the administration and it would be in two weeks.
When I quizzed him on why it happened so far he said "yeah, yeah" and then hung up the phone.
Simply the worst customer service and still no refund

Had to change bus reservation due to altered travel plans. Was given a voucher for a future travel rather than a cash refund. We paid cash for the ticket but get a voucher in return? Obviously, the company knows that a voucher is worth far less than the cash that we paid for the tickets. Horrible company. Zero customer service stay away.

Itabus cancelled my bus on the day I needed it. I then had to source a new bus for £100 more and they claimed they'd send me a refund but haven't. They ruined my holiday and their staff were aggressive.

I bought from you tickets with Itabus a round trip from Rome to Florence and back at the 25.7.2023
And at the middle of the road the bus went broke so we didn’t mange to arrive to Florence.
I tried to contact with Itabus but they didn’t reply me back with a refund.
I don't recommend at all to purchase bus tickets with itabus!

The bus is delayed more than 3 hours and they don't give any support for me to comeback home.
They don't pay for a train ticket if they don't have any buses there and now I need to wait with no other way to comeback home.
Besides that I'll arrive late and alone into a dangerous city because of that and I'm the one who will suffer with this delay.
Really bad company with no assistance.
I'm disappointed.

Venice to Florence. Itabus sent an email saying bus would be at least 45 min delayed. 2 hours later the bus shows up, and the guy starts yelling at people. Most people were tourists from several countries and did not speak Italian, so no one knew what he was saying. Took another 30 minutes to load the bus. The ride and bus was the average you would expect. Lost our first night in Florence due to the delay.

First of all the Italbus arrived 1/2 hours late.
Then we were not given the confirmations nor tickets just an invoice.
Worst of all when we arrived Milan Lumpugnano our luggages were not where to be found. Drivers told us it not the responsibility of Italbus. What nonsense they just sent us to the police and just say by bye.
How UNACCEPTABLE, irresponsible and unprofessional!!!
Our nightmare after spending almost 5 hours just to find a police station and to l make a denunciation. Didn’t enjoyed any of Milan and we we told Rome was bad but Milan is the worst. Gif have mercy on them.
Then when l lodged a complaint l could not submit it. Wasting my time!!! I will bring to their CEO’s attention.

The attendant does not allow me to buy water.

He allows a few people to take off the shoes and with others he is not allowing, so it's discriminatory.

Two days before my trip they sent me a mail with a new ticket, apparently they decided to reschedule me for some reason. I sent a mail explaining that i wouldnt have landed in italy at that time there's no way that would suit me. I was totally ignored. Untrustworthy

The bus to Matera arrived late. The personal didn't seem to know what to do. They didn't checked the QR codes. They make you pay extra for the seats but you cannot sit in the seats that you chose. Terrible experience and rude personnel

Terrible!!! My flight is delayed so i miss the first bus. Next bus i try to buy a new ticket But ur website was under maintance. Nobody of ur staff tried to help, i have been waiting 6 hours in the middle of the night.

I planned to make a trip from Verona to Bergamo Airport on February/23. I waited on the bus stop right next to the red board from Itabus. The bus NEVER came. Luckly there was a Flixbus departing 20min late that saved me. Costumers services from Itabus says the bus normally worked on that day and won't give me a refund. I was there 15min before departure and waited until 20min after. Absolutely unreliable company! Don't trust them.

Extremely cold, uncomfortable. Temperature was around 17 all trip and It was long trip

It can be extremely late but again, it's just ridiculously cheap (7€ Venice to Rome??!?!?) so you can't really complain about anything. even cheaper than flixbus + the buses have a nice interior, clean, vending machine etc 👌

Bad company , on the site it shows one thing at the time another completely different . I entered the site to buy the most comfortable seat and the other one was recommended. I traveled with my parents, both 70 years old, in a bad seat. There was no water or snakes and a terrible bathroom
