Avoid
Ordered and paid a PC monitor, which, according to their webpage was available for immediate shipment.
Two days later they did nothing, so I've sent them a customer support request asking about the status. 3 hours later they replied that it may take up to several days just to answer me about the status of the order, because they have too much workload, so I cancelled my order and they refunded me.
Avoid them, they seem to be a total mess.
