Avoid

Ordered and paid a PC monitor, which, according to their webpage was available for immediate shipment.
Two days later they did nothing, so I've sent them a customer support request asking about the status. 3 hours later they replied that it may take up to several days just to answer me about the status of the order, because they have too much workload, so I cancelled my order and they refunded me.
Avoid them, they seem to be a total mess.

Fast delivery and good customer service

After ordering 600e gpu, it was shipped in 4 days and it arrived in 3 more days. Item is correct and delivery was as scheduled. All in all good experience. Also customer support answered me in 2 days for my question and was helpful so also good experience.

(ASP-460035) Long wait for a DOA replacement, finally got reimbursed

08/09/2023 - Purchased 4 x WD Ultrastar DC HC560 20TB hard drives (0F38785)

14/09/2023 - Order arrived, 1 of them arrived dead (constantly tries to spin up and down in cycles, checked via desmg).

19/09/2023 - Opened a RMA ticket to replace the DOA hard drive.

04/10/2023 - Received return label from DHL.

24/10/2023 - Confirmed defective hard drive received by Jacob representative and DHL and case got assigned (ASP-460035)

13/11/2023 - Asked for updates on the case by email, got no response.

05/12/2023 - Asked again, no response either.

06/03/2024 - Finally they answered my emails with a reimbursement to the original way of payment. 5-6 working days after, the money was back in my account so I am happy with the outcome.

Open-box Sapphire 6950xt

I’ve purchased an open-box (B-ware) Sapphire 6950XT from Jacob.de. They shipped it fast with DHL and 5 days later the card arrived. I was a bit nervous as the card was significantly cheaper (€640) than any other 6950XT I’ve seen. To my surprise, although the box seal was indeed broken, the card inside was brand new. All I can say, it was a pleasant shopping experience, no hassle and fast shipping! Thank you!

Strix OC RX 6750 XT

Looking into the next GPU gen and Nvidia presentation of the 40 series, I came to the conclusion the new GPUs are going to be way too overpriced. Decided to ordered a Strix OC RX 6750 XT for €590, seeing that it's cheaper than the RX 6700 XT. I was maybe kind of suspicious of the site but everywhere else (Amazon) the price of 6750s were around the same. How can a slightly stronger card cost so much less? Maybe it was used? Anyways... the card was dispatched 3 days after ordering and arrived exactly 1 week later. I was a bit worried that the DHL delivery guy didn't have my phone number incase something happens, but everything was perfectly okay. The box was nicely packaged and the GPU was completely new. Very nice! :)

One of THE GREATEST shops out there in…

One of THE GREATEST shops out there in the internet jungle. You surely can feel extremely confident with your purchases there.
At first i was a little hesitant because i was used to buy only from ebay.com, ebay.de, amazon.de and from the eshops of my country (Greece).
I've paid using paypal to buy an ASRock RX 6900 XT OC Formula (1033€) + 12€ shipping costs to (Germany -> Greece) with DHL. Excellent and cheap shipping costs. And also very secure. It took about 9 days to receive the parcel (starting from the time i;ve paid for it).
I will DEFINITELY buy again from that shop!!!

Effortless return/refund

Erroneously ordered a product that i immediately cancelled afterwards. However it shipped anyway and i had to return it.
All that aside the return was paid for by JACOB Elektronik GmbH and the product was fully refunded, absolutely helpful and professional customer service!

Difficult with them

Difficult with them
04.04.2024 on my birthday"bought" online Fujitsu Celsius laptop for 5336.15 EUR. Payment was done using credit card with my name on it.
05.04.2024 Jacob requested to send them a copy of my passport what I did the same day.
08.04.2024 Jacob notified me that my order was cancelled due to "security" reasons.
08.04.2024 I send messages to Jacob asking to return money.
09.04.2024 Jacob replied that message is registered.
16.04.2024. No any other replies received and no money received back.
19.04.2024 Finally got my money back in full.

Started as 1 star out of fear. My expirince in end pure 5 star

Deliver it or refound it.. after reading all this reviews I think my holiday building pc..gona turn in nightmare..plese make my rewiew positive in this sea of negativity.. don't become my nightmare..

Ok update they didn't have parts as webpage says.. so they nice and polite told me it's gona be delayed.. me under a hell of a stress.. they told me I will get item on 22.june.. asked the nice to hurry up..so they ship it thrue dhl.. now I have a tracking numbers..items should arive in 2 to 3 days.. they ship it with parcel and express. Now bouth of packages turned in tracking number to express.. pacages are currently in Netherlands on way to irland.. I change it to 4..stars.. they did respond to most of my mails.. didn't call them yet..I see what I'm gona get in delivery.. still afreid becose rewiews here.. hopefully my experience with them turns out positive in the sea of negativity..

In final I got all nice packed and safe..everything works fine tested.. happy with products and patience of company.. Will order agein from them.. recommend to other people don't read 1 star rewiews as I did. Not good for helth..

I received all.
They are a bit slow on responding and they don't respond to all..but that's ok..

Don't take it for granted

All works very good when the item arrives as depicted on the offer information but in case you receive an item not the way it was meant (on my case, I have received an used CPU with bits of thermal paste) then it is a pain to get an answer and understand the status of the RMA.

I did already three separated purchases in total. Two were good. One we had this issue with the CPU not been "new" as advertised.

After few e-mails, sending photos and the serial numbers we got the return label email (3rd November). The item has returned DHL on the 7th November. Since then we have tried to contact multiple times JACOB.DE customer service and did not got any reply until now.

goodshop , but aftersale..... ):

After leaving a message (true, but hard 1star) they finally sent me 1 return email via DHL,

I like this shop because it has access to many products of all kinds 5stars!!!

but they are a little slow for delivery & for returns is a horror ! 1star !!!
so I would say it's a good shop, but do not be mistaken when you buy your product.

so I put 3 stars :)

BE AWARE | DO NOT BUY, VERY SLOW PROCESSING TIME & VERY SLOW RESPONSE, GHOSTED.

On 03 March 2023 i ordered a case Thermaltake Core P3 TG case that was fairly priced and readily available 3-7 Business Days Total Delivery time.
After 5 Business Days, NO Response, Order status still Open. I tried messaging and get only automated responses back.
Even if, by some miracle they ship it next week they still broke the agreements to our contract, but they won't.
Message for jacob: In case you are reading this after 16.03.2023 please check the cancel order request that i will make that day.
I am soo ready to file a dispute with Trusted Shops, Paypal and European Consumer Center!

-DHL Shipping notification received, it won't ship in time.
Bonus: If it ships in time and they respond today i will give 3 stars.

They responded to my email and sincerely apologized.
Sadly because of the 5 business days delay it looks like the shipment will be finished in 10-12 business days.

To sum up, if i knew the total processing + shipping time was ~12 business days i wouldn't have bought from this website so don't get fooled about the 1-3 days or 3-7 days total delivery time promised.

Strange “risks”

I bought a laptop on september 25th via my visa credit card, which then leaded to jacob asking me for identity proof (my passport) and when I sent them a photo of my passport, my order got cancelled due to “too high risk” and when I mailed their customer service they just ignored me and told me they will “send my case to their special office”. Where is my money? What is that “risk”?
Then, I tried to check my jacob online account to see what happened to my order, but the password and email combination “was not found” everytime, even though I tried to reset my password and then instantly log in with the new one, it seems that they deleted my account without me knowing.
I am a student, and I needed that laptop very urgently. Jacob disappointed me.

Took 10 days to ship my item

It took 10 days to ship my item, have patience if you decide to order.

They are good in therms of pricing. But they dont answer messages u till your item is shipped and it takes a lo g time to ship the item.

Store is canceling orders for no…

Store is canceling orders for no reason.I've pre-ordered two Iphones, pay via Paypal and they just told me is risky to sent them to me and canceled for no reason. Cannot recommend such a store.
