Absolutely appalling customer service (one of the worst I've ever experienced)
Their customer service is appallingly bad. I ordered a product from them (window screen), which arrived broken and with missing parts. This arrived on 12 June. I sent an email right away, but after not getting any response, I called every other day (a total of 5 or 6 times) to follow up.
Each
time, someone promised that they would send an email right away. I finally received the email on 21 June, but the email said I need to refer to and complete a return form. Annoyingly, after waiting for 10 days for this email, this return form was not attached.
I have emailed them daily to follow up and I have received ZERO response. Nada. Zip. Rien. Null. NOTHING. I have also called three times again (in addition to the 6 times I've called earlier)--and wasted a total of 65 minutes being put on hold, and then either being accidentally cut off or in the last case, the woman rudely hung up on me, when I started to suggest that they call me back instead of me being put on hold for 20-30 minutes and then being forwarded to the wrong person. The person said, "I'm sorry I can't help you" and hung up.
If the product didn't arrive with missing parts and broken, I would not have wasted over 10 hours now--with the problem still unresolved. I still have a broken screen and I am unable to get a hold of a customer service person to help me. It has been 15 days.
The screen was very expensive--including customs costs, over 300.
The customer service has been absolutely horrible, utterly unhelpful, and completely unresponsive.
Avoid at all costs. Especially if you don't speak German. Go somewhere else for your window screens. I wish there was an option to give zero stars.
