It's a great thing

It's a great thing, but I put 4 stars b/c the site is a bit confusing and how to get to the party for an answer isn't always clear and then, there's someone else to deal with. It seems that simple questions should have simple answers, unless, of course, it's a serious matter, but there just seems to be tooooo much on the screen at once and seems like layers before you get to whom you want and need. I like the site, but that's what I found to be in my involvement with you.
I hope everything is clearer and easier in the future.

I am getting ready for a family member's estate sale. It is nice to have an approximation of value of items so I know if the company I hired is really doing their job. It has also helped me to choose what to keep and what to sell.

I do not recommend working with this…

I do not recommend working with this company. I gave them one star, but it was mostly from the veterinarian help that we received, which was really great. BUT there are a TON of hidden fees and they will absolutely not let you cancel and give you a refund after your card is charged- I wanted to cancel at a later date because I didn't feel I was using this to its full potential. I forgot to cancel before the month was up and tried to cancel the card the morning after it was charged, and they refused because they said that it goes against their policy in their terms and conditions (when was the last time you have read a terms and conditions?). Then they informed me that the ONE time that I had used their service I had replied to the vet on a different page and not on the original page and it was an additional charge- What? Seriously, this whole experience is shady and I would NOT recommend this company!
