Purchased a bath with the sound system in, not long after installation two holes appeared on the side of the bath, I contacted Kaldewei as I was concerned about the issue. Bearing in mind 1 hole is at the top and another is lower down on the curve I was informed that it was due to damage from installation! I found this highly unlikely as the holes only appeared months later. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago a hole has appeared in the bottom of the bath same shape and size. I once again contacted Kaldewei who have again denied it’s anything to do with them. I paid thousands for this bath, told it was virtually indestructible and that it was a quality item. I’m now left with having to spend money getting an independent in to look at the bath! Getting patronising emails from the company and trying to shift blame is not what a good brand does.

The girls who answer the phone are brilliant. They answer quickly (no press this, press that) and are really knowledgeable and have the answers to most (if not all!) of the questions that you'll need the answer to. Customer services as it should be. Other companies please learn from Kaldewei. 5*s without hesitation.
