Full service does NOT mean full service

I arranged for Klimashop to do a full service for all the fridges and AC units at our restaurant but a week later one of my AC unit is still leaking. When I call Klimashop to ask them about this they tell me checking the water pump is not included in a full service and they are not really willing to help me further with this. I can also see from some of the other reviewers here other customers have had similar problems. Steer clear
