We moved our hosting to Kualo from a large US supplier in June 24. The support and transition of the site has been excellent. Fast response's to issues by a knowledgeable team. We are moving our other site to Kulao in January !

Very quick response to queries as online 24/7.
Wanted to use their free charity hosting plan but our website platform was not compatible with theirs ,and the upgrade was outside of our budget.We still registered our domain with Kualo as they are relatively inexpensive.

I really like the Kualo service. The client area dashboard is clear and intuitive to use. When I've needed support the team are always ready and helpful, great customer service. I love that it's a green hosting provider, it's competitively priced, and it's easy to use, no hassle. I would recommend it to anyone.

I support 2 websites for 2 different non-profit organisations. One is a charity, the other a CASC.
In over 8 years of hosting have never been aware of any unexpected down time, much better than a well known hosting company we used before.
Have always found Kualo to be very reliable and have very good, knowledgable, support.
Would recommended them to other organisations

Recently, we changed our web hosting over to Kualo.
Kualo offer to host registered charities free hosting in return for having the domain name registered with their service. This seemed like a completely fair exchange.
Their support has been very quick and easy to follow. Really can't fault this service.
The site is responding quickly and we are happy in our new home.

Thank you very much to the Kualo team for all their help getting us transferred across and supported.

This is probably the WORST hosting platform we have used (and as professional web developers we have used many). The platform is not intuitive, full of glitches, and support is terrible.

We are also being charged 10x the subscription price, and support is not responding to our questions about why. Needless to say, we will be switching back to our old provider ASAP.

I recently migrated two websites across to Kualo. For some reason the first one crashed during the process but Kualo sorted it out within a few hours. I am most greatful. Email accounts transferred too and both websites now running without any problems on the new server. Domain names transferred too and SSL installed without a problem. Great service and very competitive, honest pricing with no silly introductory offers.

I run hundreds of websites with Kualo, and I use it since 2021. The assistance have always been absolutely excellent, and the servers got upgraded over time. I first saw a better RAM offer for my accounts, and recently the CPUs were replaced with faster ones.

I opened an account yesterday with a view to install a piece of software. Unfortunately, the software was out of date and couldn't be installed or used as intended, not Kualo's issue at all. Since that was the only purpose of opening the account, Kualo refunded me in no time.
I have found their support first class and once I need another hosting account, I shall not hesitate to use Kualo again.

I host around 30 sites via Kualo for the last 3 years and find everything very easy and the support great! Much better than experiences with other hosts. No downtime, handy tools! Wonderful that you know that you are helping out the environment by having green hosting too! Nice touch that they partner with Ecologi to plant extra trees too.

Kualo has been extremely reliable for my website/s. I believe my site has only gone down once in the many years I've had hosting with them.

Their customer and help support is amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and very willing to help with whatever your issue is.

I did find, however, their website builder not to be very intuitive or user-friendly, so have not used that myself.

Would I recommend Kulao? Indeed I would.

I've been a number of sites with Kualo for many years now, and only have good things to say about them. Their technical support is awesome and will usually sort out any probledm you might in a matter of hours (if not minutes), even of Sunday evenings :), their finance department is friendly, competent and very helpful. And their green credential are impressive.
If you're looking for the best hosting company, look no further. You could easily find a lot worse (I have), but you'd be lucky to find one as good as them.

We have been with Kualo for many years at this point. We have been utilizing their basic free hosting for charities. It has been a wonderful experience and allowed us to put a presence on the internet for our very small youth sports organization. The uptime has been unmatched. I can't recall a downtime. We had no problems and the minor configuration questions I had were answered quickly and accuratly. I have found their help center to have many of the answers we need. Great service.

Kualo's support is not just fast and helpful, it is also proactive; they make you feel as if they are truly part of your business, taking care of faults and issues, no matter how trivial or challenging. Their knowledge of Linux server admin, networking, web servers, domains and DNS is the best I've come across in 24 years of running websites.

Kualo have kindly given us a free website package for our charity Worcester Talking News and we are very grateful. It’s not a basic package either, it has a huge range of features and is excellent. The communication has been superb. They responded in person really quickly to help get everything setup and a support request was answered within an hour and both were so helpful and professional. Really impressed and grateful. Thank you Kualo!
