Outstanding service

The material received is great

The material received is great, no problems there. The problem with LaserTryk is there billing system and the people behind it. If you order something that has a value over 3000kr (i.e. 4000kr) then you have to pay up front (which is fine, I understand). Then you make a second order on something below 3000kr (i.e. 2000kr) then you will at some point receive a faktura with a link saying for payment. Then you click on the link for 2000kr and it says payment complete... what!?! I never paid it. Then I try to click on the item for 4000kr and it says we owe 4000kr which makes no sense since we already paid this. The true amount is still 2000kr for the small item, but have no option to pay for it.

I tried calling them to resolve this problem, but was faced with terrible support that didn't even want to understand the situation. They wanted me to go through my payments and return receipts to them. They are the ones making the mistakes and they should be doing the work.

I also tried to write an email which only resulted in with a direct email that we owe them a certain amount (which is correct, but they still do not understand there is no link to pay it and the amount is for the wrong item).

I cannot believe an billing employee can be so incompetent.

Usually everything is good from here as long as you do not order more than 1 thing. Handling multiple items they can not.

I have now sent you an account statement stating the correct amount due on your account. I have also sent you a giro card and requested that you pay the correct amount due using the giro card. This will solve the problems you experienced.

Once again, we regret that your prepayment was attributed to the wrong order.

I have looked into what happened in your case. You requested a quote for some cards on 24th of November. You did not specify which paper we should print on. Our customer service sent you various quotes for various types of paper in less than 24 hours. You did not answer our e-mail with the quotes before 5th of December. This was the main reason for the delay. However, you also had further questions about, e.g., envelopes.

You indicated that, by now, the order needed to be produced express. We accommodated you fully by printing express without the normal extra surcharge. On this basis, we believe that we have given you the best possible treatment. We are of course not happy that you are not content with the general time frame but you were also responsible for the delays because you did not answer our quotation mail immediately. It took you almost 10 days to reply.

Fast, cheap, and good quality

Reasonable price, and good quality, and excellent speed. We reordered a batch of mugs on a Tuesday and had received them by Saturday! We had no problems with our experience, and would have no hesitation using lasertryk.dk again.
