Can’t fault them

Can’t fault them, perfect every time. Good variation of products and quick delivery - and the main thing for me - everything you order always always arrives in pristine condition due to the care taken to properly pack the items.
I used to order everything from a big pharmacy store’s website (rhymes with toots, and you wear them on your feet!) but EVERY single time products would arrive damaged, some items cracked and burst and contents spilled all over the inside of the box because they throw your items into big boxes with no internal packaging so things just roll around and get bashed up. I could no longer order gifts due to the appalling condition they would arrive in, so I now order everything I need from look fantastic after they were recommended to me by my sister.
They use good quality and appropriately sized boxes and also use paper to package the inside instead of plastic bubble wrap so are also caring for the environment. They take such care to pack the boxes that you can be sure everything you order will arrive in perfect condition. Well done LookFantastic.

I've had a major issue with the package that was delivered to me. It was all damaged. I had a hard time looking for a solution to this issue with the shop when finally Vicky took care of my request and was very quick to answer my messages and super helpful in my case.
I couldn't be more grateful for her great work.

They sent me previously used make-up and then evaded refund

I was shocked to receive disgusting previously used makeup kit but then I was shocked even more when they evaded to refund me for postage costs for that returned item.
I uploaded the photo of receipt as instructed by CS agent to messages of two previous orders because the one in question was closed and nothing could be uploaded or written in messages. The agent assured me she got it and made the request for refund of shipping fees which was supposed to be issued in 3-5 days.
I then waited for a week but nothing happened so I contacted them again, the agent was clueless so I had to explain everything once more and I was again asked to send them the photo. So, after repeating the whole procedure I was told to wait for 3-5 days.
After 5 days I contaced them again, and guess what - everything was repeated yet again... and would be too many times since.
I have chatted with many CS agents, some of whom where (or at least were appearing so) trying to be helpful and kind, while others were borderline rude and indifferent. Every agent would tell me to send them the photo of postage costs and then eventually confirm that Lookfantastic team indeed does have the photos I have uploaded and that they can see the amount I payed for shipping the item back to them (btw, I have used the cheapest possible option).
Finally, after weeks of writing back and forth and explaining everything all over to every new agent I got refunded but only partially. Without any explanation! And despite what their Terms & Conditions stated in such a case about which I have informed consumer rights bodies!
The absolute worst Customer Service I have ever had contact with and absolutely no way to treat any customer, let alone the one that has up until this unacceptable incident and Lookfantastic appalling behavior been a loyal one. No more!

Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgraceful, I buy continuously shampoo and conditioner, never ever had a problem until now . Bought the Pureology fullfi and when washing my hair felt like a birds nest , reported asked for a refund and was refused as I had just used it once !!! This will be the last time I order and would never ever recommend them
