I had a terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with Playfina. The site looks promising at first, but once you deposit money, everything changes. Withdrawals are delayed or simply ignored, and customer support gives the same generic replies without actually solving anything. Feels like they only care about taking your money. Definitely nottrustworthy. I do not recommend this site to anyone.

Lottoland (Kenogo) Enabled $600 in Fraud – No Help, No Answers, Just Evasion

Lottoland is running a reckless and disgraceful operation through its Kenogo platform. On 4 May 2025, two fraudulent transactions totalling $600 were withdrawn from my bank account via Kenogo — a service I’ve NEVER signed up to, authorised, or used in my life.

I provided all documentation they asked for — proof of the charges, confirmation the card was cancelled. And then? They ghosted me. No investigation. No response. No confirmation whether my personal info was used. Just a flat refusal to help.

This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s wilful negligence. They’re either unable or unwilling to prevent financial fraud, and when it happens, they bury their heads and do nothing.

I’ve now filed complaints with the OAIC and ACCC. That should say everything.

If you value your money and privacy, avoid Lottoland and Kenogo like the plague. There are safer alternatives — this one is a liability and should be investigated at the highest level.

Update – 9 May 2025:
Since Trustpilot doesn’t allow me to directly reply to the company’s response, I’m posting this update here.

Let’s be clear — the only reason KenoGO (Lottoland) has now provided any useful information is because I was forced to escalate this through the OAIC, ACCC, and a public review. Prior to that, I was dismissed without explanation, denied access to information I was legally entitled to, and given generic, obstructive responses.

Yes, they’ve now clarified that no other personal details of mine were used, and I accept they are restricted from disclosing certain data. But that’s not the point.

The information they could have provided — and ultimately did — was refused until they were cornered. And this entire burden was placed on me, the victim of unauthorised transactions that their platform allowed to happen.

They facilitated the fraud, ignored me, and only acted when forced to. That is not “customer service” — it’s damage control. The fact that I had to lodge complaints, wait days, and call them out publicly to get any form of action is a disgrace.

If you value your money or your privacy, stay far away from Lottoland/Kenogo. They won’t protect you — and they won’t help you until they’re pressured into it.

The prizes are too small

The prizes are too small, for the lowest level prizes. I had win on U.S. millions and I received $2.00. That verges on insulting. Lottoland is obviously prize gouging with payouts. Be more generous.

Lottoland offer good discounts.

Lottoland do offer good discounts on tickets, including the Sunday bundle which provides quite a saving for a week's worth of entries. The odds of winning the major overseas weekly draws are lower than entries in the Australian lotteries, but that's to be expected for such large jackpots.

Spending hundreds in the last few months and the only amount i seem to win is a 1 dollar ridiculous. I win a lot more on the Australian official lottery.
