Consistent, exceptional service! From the variety of products offered to the ease of the check-out process, there are no complaints from me. The rewards program is the best out there, but redemption can no longer be used with other promotional offers, so it's significantly more limited than it used to be. Other than that, 5 stars every time!

I bought a dsquared2 cap from luisaviaroma... The cap was over 100 euros, but after one day one off the letters falled off the cap :(
Shipping costs
I recommend to remove the shipping cost of €25 in order to allow people who order things above €50 to pay without need to suffer the €25 extra cost
