Things to improve in website and costumer service
I'm changing my review, although I think Mioskincare needs to improve several things. For instance, on their website they could give the option of confirming the details before placing the order. Also, they ask for phone numbers, so it shouldn't be an issue to call when something is weird in an order. After chasing them for several days, through the live chat, FB and Twitter, they send a message through their website informing me they credited my account with the total amount of my purchase so I could place my order again. I will just add that the people in the live chat are not very helpful and rude. But the girls in social media were super nice, friendly and patient with me. I'm thankful because with the 'lockdown' it would be difficult to find other products around in stores. I hope now I can try the products next week and make a review about them. Thanks!
