I am a Monese customer for more than 3 years, personal GBP account, EUR account and Business account. As you can understand, I trusted Monese a lot to rely on them for everything I do with money.
I am sorry to say that I am not happy with Monese any more and particularly unhappy with their customer support.
I 've unable to receive money for almost 2 months and recently tried to transfer money between my accounts without success. S**** happens but what is frustrating is that I was waiting for 5-6 days to get an explanation. The answers I received were almost robotic, the person that replied to me didn't even read what I sent. So, 5 more days for the next answer which was also wrong. We are still counting. I have emailed them, chatted, called, requested to be called back, nothing worked.
During the days of Brexit and while Monese's accounts are not protected by FSCS, I would expect a service that is more trustworthy.
