dreadful experience... Hired two tradesmen, both were amateurs who have done a terrible job....Don't believe the reviews and they are not anonymous. If they were, people would probably be more truthful.
I have complained to my-builder, who have done absolutely nothing to assist me. They wont even phone me to discuss.
Next time, I will stick to personal recommendations.

only used them once and I was surprised how easy it was to get workmen to come and do the jobs I am unable to do
Good site to find trusted tradespeople. The site is easy to use and allows you to see reviews. I found a tradesperson for fitting a new carpet and am very happy of the result.
Posted my job and had a reply from an excellent plumber within minutes
Its good to find the trader, but complete rubbish from Trader side. As You been charged wherever You get in touch or not with potential client. And most of the time clients SHORTLIST YOU and don't event bother to answer the calls. At the same time clients are not given a notice about charges been applied to trader, all MYBUILDER say is Shortlist as many as possible traders to get best deal. Meaning "MAKE MYBUILDER RICH"
COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
Applied as a tradesman to join Mybuilder but decided later to close the account as its not for me ,there is nothing on their website to delete your account .Sent them 3 support emails requesting delete account but still their annoying emails keep coming clogging up my inbox .Tradesmen have nothing to do with what appears to be a parasite company ,its basically a scam site so avoid at all costs .
Very easy to find you way to a builder as My Builder forward several builders to choose from. Easy to make appointment to assess job. The difficult bit is knowing which one to choose. I used the review page to decide. Work to start next week.
Very bad experience I got from this website .i try to join them . I gave them right answere all right information. They said they not ok with my profile . I Dnt know which kind ppl they like than . Check with your website rynaa kumar same answere he did .which kind reputations you got .you just make ppl foolish get there money that’s it . I got all the proof .

The job requires a towel radiator being fixed to the wall and then connected and filled with water should take 45minutes to an hour . They want more than a dentist or lawyer.
