I have placed order sony alpha 7 s iii on 5th of April and every time i write email about status of my order they say next week it will be dispatch it goes on for 2 months and i proceed for refund on may 25 and they gave me time for 7-10 working days. however, i am still waiting refund and i will let you guys know as soon as i get my refund.

I can't give 0 so 1 star. I ordered super box received 3 things, should be send from GB came from China, nothing like they put on their website, 1 thing was a head massager, second mobile stick for photos and third one a sticker 😀😄, I don't know what I can do with that , just a joke. VERY DISAPPOINTED BIG SCAM !!!!

I made a mistake i bought one canon…

I made a mistake i bought one canon lens and i payed with paypal they told after max 18 days you receive your order but after 45 days i contact with paypal and they send my money their phone number is fake i think everything is fake they say located in hong kong but phone number is fro kambodja do not trust them they made me mad.Next week i will go to the polis in stockholm for at if they can stop Digitaland webpage because i think it is dangerous for that people som pay with mastercard

Avoid this company.

At the price I was paying, I was expecting a little bit of a waiting time. But it has not veen 6 weeks since I made payment, and after a lot of back and fourth with customer service, my item is still not even dispatched. Firstly it was due to their order from Hong Kong being late to arrive in the UK. Secondly I was told they would send my item directly to me from hong kong if their order did not arrive in yge UK within a couple of days. That was over 2 weeks ago, and still no update on dispatch. Customer service have now stopped replying to my emails.

A long game of cat and mouse with the company. I opened an paypal case against them. I suggest to not use their service.

Great support after delayed delivery

My command took for ages to get here. But when contacted, the support helped out directly. The original shipment got delayed over and over again, so they took the decision of shipping through fedex a new package (which arrived a few days later). Very happy with the support (and their responsiveness)!

Order perfectly fulfilled, despite Corona Virus Handicap!

The Corona-Virus Scare hit China and Hong Kong right at the time of the placement of my order. So it took a little longer until the my new camera arrived. But it came, is in perfect shape and is already heavily in use. It was certainly a very difficult time for the staff of Digitaland, but reliably all available information was shared and all obligations met. Many thanks to the staff and to Victoria, who kept communications working

I really mean it, they might be cheap, however i can tell that after 40 days off hearing nothing about the status of my item I did ask to get my money back...
Been more than 2 weeks and they haven't done that yet.

Would recommend!

When seeing that the prices are way lower, it felt a bit weird to place an order and after looking up reviews online the opinions were so different... i decided to trust the company and placed my order of camera and a lens. Both came in excelent condition, in only 14 days even though the expected delivery was 18 days and after seeing reviews I was ready for 30+ days. Definitely would purchase again and will recommend to friends!

18 days for shipping, still waiting for refund in 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

Ordered an expensive lens, they told me it would take 18 days to ship. Too long for me, asked for refund. They "agreed" to refund me with 7 - 10 BUSINESS day, but charge me within the same day, lol.

It's from Paypal c'mon, why would it take 7 - 10 BUSINESS days? I don't get it.

Well, I am still waiting for my refund that should come "this week", i'll make sure to spread the word while I'm waiting patiently, RIP¨.

Good price, but be patient

I ordered a canon 6d some time ago. It was so cheap that i thought the page was fake. But no everything was fine when the camera arrived! the web side said delivery would take 13 day, but it took 30 days. (i live in Denmark). For me it was fine, I was not in a hurry. I wrote an email to them, asking if my camera was on its way and they answered 1 day later, that it was. So good service, good price, but be patient.

Impressive service for a low price!

Impressive service for a low price!
I'm very pleasantly surprised by Digitaland's service despite the current Covid-19 mess. My new camera arrived within 2 weeks of placing the order and Veronica was friendly and quick at answering my questions. Despite what some (old) forum threads may say, I would definitely recommend Digitaland to someone who wants to get quality stuff for less money and doesn't mind the wait (I also think their service must have improved since I've seen many favourable recent reviews). Well done Digitaland, and thank you!

Second purchase: fast delivery and great price.

It's the second time that I purchase from this site.
The first time I was satisfied even if the delivery took a lot of time.
I was once agin expecting a huge wait , I was ready to wait because the prices are great BUT this time everythin was perfect.
The lens I bought arrived within the expected delivery time.
I was notified of the delivery "only" 1 day ahead but it's not a big deal.

The customer support was helpful when I contacted.

I am 100% satisfied.

They promise more than they can deliver.

I have ordered a photo lens has a delivery time of 4-18 days, after 21 days lens yet to come to ther warehouse in Europe/UK, It then be forwarded to me +5 days .... So delivery time is +30 days, and to late for christmas :(. Christmas gifts, please order in October.

Now I am wating for the PayPal claim

Be aware that this is a Hong Kong company, shipping from HK, even if they have websites in several European languages...

One month delivery for an "in stock" product

Bought a lens (panasonic 35-100) that was supposed to be in stock.

It took a month to be delivered. In that time I could only get as an answer : "it is on its way (understand from china to UK) and you will get a notice once it is shipped to you".

Had to ask a cancelation and refund from paypal and suddenly it was shipped.

Good prices but never again !

Easy website & fast response through e-mail

I bought a canon camera. I am pleased with the camera. The package was sealed well and in good condition. Original packing with manual and cd's etc. As soon as it was sent, I received the track&trace number.

Delivery time was longer than it said on the website, took 3 1/2 weeks to be delivered. I was a bit concerned at first because the website kept saying that my delivery status was processing until it was sent.

Trustable webshop.

Great!

After reading the reviews, mainly the bad ones, I wasn't comfortable about ordering trough mydigitaland, but the price tag was very appealing.
I ordered my tokina lens, after that I contacted the support and promptly answered me. As promised, the lens arrived just on time to take on to my trip!
A happy costumer and for sure I'll buy in mydigitaland again.

Delivery time is way off, cameras aren't in stock.

Ordered a camera on the 6.11. Camera Is claimed to be in stock. Today is the 3.12. and there is no camera in sight. Delivery time should've been 7-18 days. So sad to go though all this trouble.

Apologies and emails accepted, Mydigitaland.
But nobody cares, when a lot of money and time is involved...

Trustworthy? I don't think so. Will change this, should the camera arrive like a miracle in the next two days...
