Return of shoes/ waiting of refund

I ordered a pair of shoes on 20.01.2021, worth around € 120,- and got it IMMEDIATELY 2 days after on 22.01.2021. Because the shoes did not fit, I sent them back on the same day. A few days later, according track and trace of DHL, still on the same status of delivery of the return, they stated to contact Nelson shoes service team, which I did. I got the answer that they (Nelson shoes) still didn't receive them. 8.02.2021 I contacted the service team and got the answer that the return has received the final and I should wait another week as they are experiencing a delay in their processing system. I was waiting one week, writing them on 15.02.2021...and now still waiting for an answer... I know that the companies are facing a delay in delivery etc. But I also experienced still great service from the other webshops I ordered, including returned examples and immediate refund.... Will see whether I will still get any answer of the return of the shoes...

Update/Conclusion:

After writing my review at Trustpilot and another email to the service team on 22.02.2021 I FINALLY got an answer and my return of the shoes was confirmed. And today the money was paid back.

After this experience my trust in Nelson shoes is cracked. I believe there is big room for improvement and better service!
