Gift cards! Moves the goal posts!!!!!!!

I agree with everything everyone else has been saying in regards to the gift cards issues!
When I first joined I was well impressed that I could quickly spend my shells on a £5.00 M&S voucher for 75 shells. Then the goal was moved to a £10.00 gift card, then after that they disappeared!
I started ordering Feel Unique vouchers for £10.00 then the goal moved to £20.00 and then no more gift cards for Feel Unique!
As others have said, the only one now available of any use is an Amazon gift card for £50.00!!!!!! I actually loath Amazon, so there is nothing worth redeeming my shells for on the site!
IF you email them you get the same ROBOT response that all the others have had underneath their complaints on here!
''We are constantly updating our catalogue.....'' blah blah blah!!!!!
RUBBISH! They obviously have no respect for panel members!
Whats the point in earning shells by taking surveys if there is nothing worth redeeming them for!
COME ON Nicequest, reward the members and they will stay! Without members you have nobody to complete your market research studies and then eventually no clients!
Think about it!
Other sites can get it right, why can't you?
Wait for the response everyone, soon to come in the form of the ROBOT ie. We don't give a stuff about you!

I ordered something on April 10th and when I went online to find out that my order was cancelled and I wasn't notified. That was poor business.

Everytime i have enough shells to by a…

Everytime i have enough shells to buy a voucher of my choice they are sold out then come back over 200 more shells higher disgraceful update no I'm not happy with available choice of voucher's because now I don't have enough shells for Amazon my choice gone from 740 to 965 still a disgrace

My order for wine 7414044 shipped 12 days ago still hasnt come and sent 4 messages to them and no replies .
Took ages to get to gift too as hardly get any surveys.
Not happy at all!
Update.Still no answer from nicequest to say whats happened but on tracking link says parcel returned to sender!

Good at promises but Awful on delivery. It's a SCAM.

Nicequest are very good at promises but awful at delivering their promises.

They make the claim that they will add points (shells) to your account when you install the app on your phone. They don't do this but it is a good scam. When you complain, with photographic proof of installation, they ignore you.

When you remind them of their contractual obligations they threaten to deactivate your account. (Wouldn't be a bad thing as their attitude is rude and their customer service is dire).

I would advise everyone to avoid touching these thieving scamsters with a very long barge pole.

I wish they would bring back giftcards…

I wish they would bring back giftcards the gifts use a lot of shells and I don't need any of the items offered. We are selling our privacy for pennies. And please don't tell me that you will consider it, I will not be happy until you bring back the giftcards.

I just tried to redeem my shells for a gift card and there are only 2 gift cards available? What happened to the 30 plus gift cards that used to be available to redeem shells for?

This site won't be worth my time anymore. Bring back gift cards please!

Lack of rewards

Gift cards seem to be disappearing on a regular basis. Only the Amazon card is worth having and this is now only available in £50 denominations. If this review generates a response from Nice quest I expect it will be the usual company blather.

Gift cards depleting

Wasn't a big earner but few surveys and had a £10 amazon voucher but gift voucher store now not worth it all the lower value cards disappearing. Time I get enough for the £25 Amazon card daresay that will have been withdrawn. Even thought about Argos one but waited too long and that disappeared as well.

Minimum Gift Card £50?

Surveys are pretty low value, would enjoy filling out longer surveys. The most annoying part is after redeeming £5 and £10 Amazon gift cards in the past, they have now been removed from the store and the minimum is a £50 gift card which will take me 2-3 years at the rate I receive surveys. Please add the lower denomination gift cards back on your store NiceQuest.

So extremely disappointed in Nicequest…

So extremely disappointed in Nicequest as of now. Been a member for awhile.... Never had any issues. Recently, November 20 I used my shells to cash out 3-$10 Target gift cards. I received one right away through email. Great I thought and waited for my other 2...they never came! I have contacted customer service 3 times over the course of 8 days.... Wrote on their facebook wall 2 times and have heard NO RESPONSE! I worked hard for those shells and would like my gift cards. I can't believe I can't seem to get 1 measly response such as we will look into this for you... Beyond irritated! I'm hoping this will get resolved soon.

What a waste of time.

Have been a member for some time and enjoyed the surveys offered as they seemed a little different and collected the shells. Once I had enough shells, I ordered my gift, three bottles of wine and in due course received an email to say that they would be with me within five working days along with tracking info. On the sixth working day, I emailed NQ to say that they had not arrived and the tracking info indicated that they had not even been dispatched. A prompt rely that they would look into. I have sent two further emails that they have not replied to and a further 10 days down the road, the wine has still not been dispatched from Spain, Customer liaison is the pits and I do not expect that the wine will ever arrive. So, please do not waste your time however good the system seems. My order number is 6660819 of 19 Sept 2018 and a live in hope.

Contact was eventually made and they said the the courier had lost the item. Did I want my shells back or reorder, I opted for a reorder and the same has happened again. Tracking info states that the item has not been shipped under order 6798787. Two emails to chase and still no reply to either. A total waste of time from a company that sends out pro-former replies most of the time and terrible customer relations. They will no doubt ask for my details again, but I have included the order number.

Nicequest is one of my top four go-to…

Nicequest is one of my top four go-to survey sites to collect points for really nice merchandise and gift cards. The surveys are really short and easy to understand and you always are accepted to every survey that they send you. The only reason why I gave Nicequest a four out of five-star review is that I wish they could send more surveys for us to do because we only get a small number of surveys to do each year. If Nicequest could work on adding more surveys for us to do throughout the year I would gladly change my four to a five-star review.

I got my makeup brushes today, and they are absolutely amazing. All free just had to take a few surveys. The only problem I have is nice quest dont have alot of surveys to do. For me to get enough shells to even get my brushes took at least a month or more.
