The worst letting agent I’ve ever used

The worst letting agent I’ve used ever. Be careful, they’ll find the smallest things wrong and take a big chunk of your deposit. Would not recommend at all. Would rate it 0 if I could. Even 1 star is too much. Had to chase numerous times for my deposit. A few months before my contract was up they would constantly phone asking if we wanted to renew but didn’t return calls or emails when we handed in our notice until we’d chase nearly every day

The residential lettings agency are…

The residential lettings agency are completely terrible, negligent of maintenance issues with contractors leaving ceiling spotlight fixtures loose so that they hit you on the head. They charge you for the replacement of old crusty spring mattresses and any other faults they have neglected to fix before you have moved in e.g. door handles.
