don't waste your time

If you imagine for one moment that these people will seriously aid you in a case against an optical practitioner you are sadly mistaken. They will get you filling out your complaint in great detail and make it seem that they take the matter very seriously, but the tribunal at the end is a joke. I had been wrongly prescribed for two years, my lens for that time was +0.25 when i changed my optician for a second opinion it was found to be +0.75.
These people came out on the side of the optician!
Take your problem straight to a court of law, thats my advice...
