I have been buying Otomix bodybuilding shoes for over 3 decades. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences. However, I order a pair of Carbonite Ultimate Trainer shoes and one of the heels is deformed and not wearable. I called numerous times with no one answering my calls. I even left a detailed message with no call back. I paid over $200 for this product and I'm done. I'm taking my business elsewhere as well as letting all my colleagues know about this.

I've been wearing these shoes for over 25 years when they were reasonably priced now not only are they double priced but they don't even last 6 months anymore. What happened to the quality shoes Ultimate Trainer once made?

Poor return policies. My order was delayed two additional days than the initial expected delivery date via standard shipping ($16 cost).

Items arrived too late to be used. Started the return process. No pre-paid return labeled provided. Costs $18 in shipping to return.

Only got refunded for the cost of the item. Did not get refunded for the initial shipping and handling.

Overall paid $34 in total shipping/return costs for a product that cost $38.

Never again. Will be buying exclusively through amazon next time.
