Bought a heavily discounted external monitor - 35pct off vs. normal online retail. Came a week later, shipped from Spain, packaged very well (3 layers of bubble wrap), the product is perfect (the box has descriptions in cirillic, so i guess this was a product originally intended for Russia - but other than the box, everything else was in English). Good experience.

I recently bought a reconditioned graphics card that makes bad contact so it needs to be connected several times before the motherboard recognizes it. It got to my hands in 25-1 and i sent it back some days later.
I thought I was being given a refund since it didn´t work, but they "made tests and it worked perfectly", of course after turning my pc 10x before playing due to bad contact it works normally. I asked for a refund multiple times and it was not given even though they have 14 days refund. The first refund was asked in the 1st of february, so well in the 14 day period...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING HERE!
Its 14-03 and I am still sending this GPU back and forth and I'll continue to do that until its fixed for this matter, I get my refund or until they get tired of paying ups shipping.
If this is not well solved i'll be sending this matter to my laywer... I have emails that confirm all of this written above.

Ordered one keyboard, to be specific Corsair K60 Pro, the box is right but the inside of it, is definitely not the keyboard I ordered. It was supposed to be a present for my friend, when he opened it, he got disappointed same as me.

Unfortunately this company doesn't even deserve one star. Only the shipping worked relatively smoothly. But then you were left completely alone with the problems (BIOS, hard drive). Inquiries were answered in a language that was foreign to me. Unfortunately, I trusted a good friend and decided on Outlet PC. That was a mistake. A costly mistake. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!
Lamentablemente esta empresa no merece ni una estrella. Sólo el envío funcionó relativamente bien. Pero luego te quedaste completamente solo con los problemas (BIOS, disco duro). Las consultas fueron respondidas en un idioma que me era extraño. Desafortunadamente, confié en un buen amigo y me decidí por Outlet PC. Eso fue un error. Un error costoso. NUNCA MÁS !!!!!

Best experience I've ever had in Europe!
I bought a Garmin smartwatch which arrived faster than expected. The watch had a minor issue related to Wi-Fi. The store offered excellent post sale service! Money was reimbursed immediately when they determined the watch was defective. Highly recommend it!

Globally a nice experience, the computer was in very good condition. Just a note that the keyboard came is Spanish, I believe that without that note should come in US (International). Also the package was not very good. But what interests the most, the Mac came untouched and with battery health at 100%.

My refurbished monitor came in time and was in good condition,
The package missed a usb c video cable (supposed to come with the monitor), I contacted the customer support and got 20 euro refund for the missing cable which can buy me a similar one.
The customer support answered me in less than an hour.
I think a good customer support is always nice to have, satisfied so far

The original price of the Tefal cookware set was approximately 140-180€ on different websites, but I paid only 75€ with the cargo here. Thanks for this nice opportunity. Although the set was a refurbished one, there was no defect in the pots and pans I bought.

Great ultrabook received quickly.
The only thing that I would improve is the delivery in France. UPS didn't stick with the initial delivery date and delivered 3 days later. The package was damaged and partially opened but the laptop was still under blister so I accepted it.

Mi espanol no es bueno, so ill do it in english, bought a laptop here for half the price a new one would cost and its literally just as good! Only thing you gotta pay attention to is that there is no preinstalled windows most of the time. Other than that im happy as can be with my purchase.

I ordered some supplements on the Thursday, they were scheduled to arrive on the following Monday or Tuesday. Amazingly they were delivered the next day after ordering, so on Friday!
