Used panda security on my Windows machine and my MacBook Pro. Kept my safe. Used Panda product over 15 years.

If you read and set Panda up correctly
If you read and set Panda up correctly, it is a GREAT security system without popups. So far so good, no problems at all. I was using Microsoft Security Essentials until it was no longer supported. All the other security systems I tired were nothing but Junk with aggravating notices and popups right in the middle of my work. I will be installing Panda Dome on my clients computers as well.

Good Antivirus Program
When I received a reminder to renew the antivirus program, I get the program installed by my dealer. Not only do they install the program, they also checked out my computer. I do it this way because then I know it is done properly and I trust them. This antivirus program is very good and worthwhile.

I like panda security as it's…
I like panda security as it's effective, my only issue is with continued pop ups asking if I wish to buy other items. I find this annoying and intrusive.

Too many pop-ups
Panda Security are a reputable Internet security company with many highly regarded products. That doesn't mean all of the software they produce is good. I have used their security software before and have been reasonably happy...until I installed the latest version of their 'Free' Antivirus. Intrusive would be an understatement. Pop-ups nagging you to buy the 'Full' (paid) version happen every hour and although to most users this may just be annoying, to me they ruined hours of work after interrupting the rendering of some Hi-Res audio files. Not just once..!..
The program itself was quite light on resources and that suited me but the incessant pop-ups were too much. I uninstalled and will not be returning any time soon.

I have gotten viruses while using your…
I have gotten viruses while using your software but outside of that - I despise that I cannot reach anyone in customer service by phone and/or by chat & I ended up just purchasing a whole new subscription because I could not figure out how to add a new device to my existing account. In addition, I could sign into my account on one device but when I tried on another device, it told me I didn't have an account. It was a VERY frustrating experience.

Hi I have been a Panda customer for many years now, and never experienced any problems with the product or with conversing with customer care, or any of the technicians I have dealt with, furthermore I purchased Panda Dome Premium, with 5 keys that enable me to protect 2 laptops 2 phones and a notebook, around the clock Security.
The product is easy to use, and if you don't understand some thing there are various means of communicating with Panda.
I personally would recommend this product.
