Great service, great price and even better for being able to track the package all the way from delivery to destination!
I used Parcel monkey, the actual selection and payment was seamless.
However. When comparing services for an express next day delivery to be picked up on a Friday, with the plan for it to be delivered on the Saturday, it was not made clear at all that my chosen service didn't deliver on weekends.
It would have been faster, easier and massively cheaper just to use Royal Mail.
Rubbish..Won't use this site again.Tracked parcel that no-one can explain where it might be and 3 times on my contacting them I was told that I would be contacted..Still waiting.

Steer well clear of this company. Update from a previous review... after them losing over £700 worth of my stuff I have been offered a refund of postage ....which I expected as standard but no compensation 🤬🤬🤬 I have determined from the lack of customer service that they don’t care in any way shape or form. Do not use....pay extra and get the service you want. Never will I use them again. I have since advised other small business that I am in touch with not to use this company. Just used UPS to send parcel to Australia and it cost me no more and was actually there three days early . That’s good service .
Sent two identical parcels to Ireland in early December. No problem delivered ok. Then today my card was charged with £90 with no prior contact because they say one of the parcels was massive. They were identical in size weight and contents. So far they have refused a refund. I will never use them again and I would give them no stars if I could. Be wary if you do choose to send a parcel with them because they might seem cheap but you could find out to your cost that they will take money from you weeks later. Avoid
Parcel collected on time and able to track to Netherlands, however once the parcel was in Amsterdam it seemed to get stuck at a depot. This was a 2 day service but took 7 days in total to reach destination.

Appalling customer service.
Simply respond with the usual "you agreed to terms when using our service".
The issue was a 24 hour delivery method (ParcelForce 24) still hasn't delivered 3 days later. ParcelForce themselves offer 50% compensation - however Parcel Monkey will not honour this as their own terms state the following (as copied from a customer service agent reply):
"The company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on."
Moral of this story, don't use parcel monkey and just go direct with someone else.

Although I have found this service good and value for money. I still think there needs to be a telephone number for customer service. Issues can be solved much quicker than having to wait around for someone to get back to you via email..

While the collection time and transit was smooth, the parcel has not arrived yet on its destination. While I do understand that you do not have a hold on customs clearance time, it would be better to assure your clients on its status because I find it hard to believe that the same update for 4 days. Also, please improve on how to better contact you because I sent a message via your website and I have yet to hear an update.
