pawTree is an MLM company first and foremost
First, and foremost, pawTree is an MLM company, meaning breeders make A LOT of money to convince their customers that this is an exceptional product for the puppies they are adopting (though there is a staggering amount of evidence to the contrary).
Next, the customer service is not consistent. We had an issue arise where an initial order of food was making our puppy sick, and they replaced the food immediately. We were so impressed. Unfortunately, when we had another issue arise later, we received a completely different response. Almost like we were dealing with a different company. Apparently, you get the "nice" customer service facade at the start, but that goes away if you have more than one issue. We felt deceived. Not to mention, we spent a fortune in shipping costs to return items we could not use.
Finally, most reputable veterinarians have never heard of pawTree, and when they research the company, they are not impressed.
In summary, I would highly recommend you do your due diligence in researching the company before buying their products for your pets. Their MLM structure ensures that the high price you pay has nothing to do with high quality and everything to do with lining the pockets of greedy owners and breeders.

Change of Ingredients
We have been using PawTree for our American staffy for a little over a year now. He’s a pretty big dog, and we’ve been using the joint support plus and salmon oil. We noticed a huge difference in our dogs mobility when he takes them. Unfortunately, we will stop using PawTree and look for another company. With their new packaging, I noticed a difference in ingredients in the joint support supplements. One of the ingredients used to be liver oil, this is now been substituted for canola oil and later on down the list is sunflower oil, which are both inflammatory, giving us opposite effect in what we’re intending to give our dog. At the same price. They are using lower quality ingredients now.

Easy and prompt service!
As always, the service is great, and the auto ship comes just in time. The last couple orders have had issues with the resealable bags. We typically tear off at the slits and no issues, the past two orders the bags will not come apart we have had to cut them open and then transfer to a bag we saved that works.

Good Quality, Fast Shipping.
I like the quality of the products and the quick shipping times. My French Bulldog is doing well on the food and supplements - no digestive or allergy issues, which can be a problem with the breed. I just wish I could use my accumulated points towards my EZ Ship items though.

I have contacted support 2 times about an item that I did not receive with my order. And now I am realizing it is 2 items that were not received. I haven’t gotten a reply from them at all and it has been almost a week. I guess I just take the loss.

ANTS!
My dog food arrived today and the package (boxes) were loaded with ants. I brought in inside (Not being aware of the ants) and within moments I (and my island) had ants crawling all over. The boxes should be taped firmly on all sides so this does not happen. Thankfully none seemed to have gotten into the dog food.
My dog enjoys the product but it would be nice if it could be purchased in stores.

A “reorder” button would be more convenient!
I like the website but I wish there was a “reorder” button in our order history so we don’t have to keep going back thru the site to click and order each individual item. Sometimes the site takes a while to load so having to go through a find each item can be a bit of a hassle sometimes. A “reorder” button in our order history would be much more convenient!

Easy and healthy
The ordering process was easy, the shipping was fast and convenient. The only issue was that the treat bag was open at the top and the ziplock part was not sealed and the urine spray is on back order. Other than that, this is a great process. I like that we will be providing the healthiest food to our new furbaby.
