When I first brought my new Maltese puppy, Charlee, home, my breeder, Gayle Dougan-Wall, highly recommended your company. Though I was initially unfamiliar with your brand, I decided to give it a try—and I am so glad I did.
Every interaction I’ve had with your team has been nothing short of outstanding. Recently, I purchased two bags of food that unfortunately didn’t work for my puppy. The two representatives who assisted me were incredibly understanding and processed a refund without hesitation, allowing me to select a more suitable option. When I offered to return the unused food, I was pleasantly surprised by their generosity in suggesting that I donate it instead. Because of your kindness, I will be passing it along to the Brittany Foundation, where I know it will be put to good use.

The customer service was the best I have had in years! I needed to return a couple items and there was no problem, no shipping costs and my refund was in my account in 2 days!
