overall i am stratified with your services. but you have to add more options to add money in our account. like why we can't add money from our local bank. there should be an option to add money from our bank or from our credit card/debit card so we can pay for advertisement and other services we purchased from third party etc.

Payoneer customer service service exceeded my expectations all of my queries are addressed properly Being a Financial Institution is very important responsibility as for Payoneer they do take on or two days but considering the nature work (finance) still is fast Yes my week experience with payoneer was awesome I wrote dozens of emails (each for different matters not same subject) and my each mail was answered
In the end i must say Bravo and Zulu

But i am still thinking Payoneer customer care service on payoneer.com works very slow. They need to respond faster to security-related issues.
I changed my payoneer account password due to security concerns 36h ago. After that my account was blocked. I reported this situation to customer care service many times. But no answer, no information. This situation is urgent, the money in my account may have been stolen by hackers. Terrible customer care in emergencies. Please ask me anything to unlock my account: ID Card, security question answer, video call... Let me prove that the account belongs to me. Your silence is killing me... All my money is in there.

Specific answered to specific question Quick reaction in serious cases such as stolen identity or hacking. Transfer Security is weak. Payoneer failed to inform me about the transfer. A SMS text sent to account holder must be urgently considered in order to flag each transfer and to notify the account holder

Fraud company they steal my 5000 USD for more than 9 months and nlocked the account and keep saying, your account under review.
I asked them that I need to withdraw my money and I don't need their account, They keep rolling in the same circle that the account under review, However Im asking about my money stuck in the account not about unblocking the account, I DON'T NEED THEIR ACCOUNT OR THEIR SERVICE !!!
It's easy to fill out the requirements but where the type of accounts one wants to have is the place it should be structured well because it's not everyone who can read a lot. For someone advised me to create an account with your good company but l had a very bad time because received payments wasn't on my page any more. I got disappointed and had to be reading so much and that led me to pick and receiving account which is different and so couldn't complete the setting up of my page. It has really delayed all that l have to do.
Let all that you provide stand out clearly for everyone to have that friendly experience the first time. Thanks

Payoneer blocked my Payoneer account at Aprile 2023, 7 months ago, and My remaining balance around 120K was frozen for 7 months now. I reached out to CustomerCare team 1 month ago at October 25th but only bot replied.
Nobody is handling the case at all, and even they don't care how much I'm sufferred by the large amount of frozen money.
I want to request to withdraw the remaining balance now because it's over 7 months. Please help me how to withdraw it.
