These folk are never on time
These folk are never on time, not once. They don’t leave carers enough time to get from one place to the next, so it’s no wonder things end up late or rushed. The manager’s always saying one thing to one person and another to someone else — clients, carers, even social services. Can’t trust a word of it. Far as I know, Tony runs the Bury office. Whole thing’s hopeless, if you ask me.
