Order not arrived
Till now, so around 3 weeks since I made the purchase. I didn't receive me order. Can anyone contact me to clear out when and how can I finally receive it. All contact data are in my account. I also tried to contact your support. Unfortunately without any result.

The online tool to create your own photobook has an excellent and convenient range of options to arrange your pictures. Picture upload is fast.
Con:
Prices were only acceptable due to 50% offer (Christmas). A rival service took half as long for delivery of a similar book while both books were ordered at the same point in time (right before Christmas - my bad).
Customer Service not answering: I wrote last Saturday and so far no answer.
The calendar came damaged
I have used this company for years. Their products are usually of a high standard - and when not, they are replaced or in one instance my money returned as they had responded too late for me to use the product.
More than one month and I still have not my order!really disappointed
Quick delivery and super product. Really good.
Late delivery even if you wrote that orders would be delivered before Christmas break. When I called Photobox Hotline i waited more than 20 minutes with no one answering. Very poor service

I have ordered many years now, now the plastic cover is also not there anymore.... price did not reduce in comparison
It was really easy to organize the photos on the website. The delivery was fast, and the layout was beautiful!
We have been using Photobox for the past 10 years and sadly the quality of the prints as well as the paper being used have significantly declined over time. The paper keeps getting thinner and thinner, there is no separate cover for the first page of the calendars and the print quality is getting more blurry with colours looking very artificial. Will have to look at other options next year

Es gibt keinen Kundenservice, sie antworten lediglich über ein automatisches System, das eine Liste allgemeiner Antworten und keine persönliche Hilfe bietet. Die Preisvorstellung ist sehr hoch und die Produktqualität unglaublich schlecht - selbst auf den eigenen Hintergründen pixelig, auf dem Cover sehr helle Farben, die die Gesichter in Orange zeigen, 1 von 5 Büchern mit beschädigtem Cover eingetroffen. Es gibt keine Beschwerdeoption auf ihrer Website. Ich bin keine Feedback-Person, aber ich wollte meine Meinung in diesem Fall hier lassen. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.
They send products much later than the expected arrival status provided. Customer service is not existing, they just response through an automatic system that provided list of general answers and not a personal help. Asking price is very high and product quality is incredibly poor - pixelated even on their own backgrounds, very bright colours on cover that shows the faces orange coloured, 1 in 5 books arrived with damaged cover. There is not a complain option on their website. I am not a feedback person, but I wanted to leave my opinion here in this case. Definitely not recommeded.

Ich Made my 120 pics with canon 50d super quality - wha t I've got from photobox is awful!!!! As if my fotos were made with the worst phone camera 1.3 megapix ever.... So much disappointed... :(((((( never!!!!
