I really like My Dashboard; all my purchases are listed with lists of Proof of Purchase and my account. Makes it very easy to go to my dashboard and download a sound or to get a proof of purchase when making a video.

The range of what is available is pretty extraordinary -- and well-described enough that a searcher can find whatever they like. I have bought music and sound effect tracks. I like not having copyright issues, and I like supporting composers. The system is easy to navigate (and I'm an old coot) and the talent is great and the prices reasonable.

When looking for b-roll, music and uniquely applicable images, Pond5 is amazing. They save me so much time and knowing I can use these products in all of my marketing allows be to sleep better at night, as well. I highly recommend using Pond5 as a basic one-stop-shop for great images and b-roll!

Great because I chose projects for which POND5 had videos to offer. In other words, my YouTube projects with videos I made benefited from what PODN5 had to contribute and I purchased complementary clips and used them in my documentaries.
However, my next 3 projects are completely missing any support in offerings available at POND5. That might improve eventually by POD5 requesting videos for regions

My life changed over the last year when my YouTube channel went from 1K subs to 600K subs and I got monetized. A huge part of my success was made possible by adding Pond5 Licensed music tracks to my videos. Adding the perfect Pond5 music tracks to my videos works because the Pond5 library of music is so huge, the prices are very affordable and I can use them over and over again.

Ii purchased three of your archive film footage pieces to use in my short film about the weekend of JFK's assassination as seen through the eyes of a child. Once my film is completed (currently in post-production / editing) my rating may be even higher, but it is too early to tell at this point exactly how well this footage works within the content of the film.

I was able to get the sfx and vfx I needed at a very reasonable price. My movies don't require a lot of stock footage at this time, but if I do need some stock footage I will first go to Ponds5

As an Independent Games Developer, using Pond5 for SFX and Music has been a godsend. I'm not musically attuned and so to have a place where I can purchase SFX and Music created by some amazing artists whilst also giving back to them in the process is wonderful.

I will probably continue to use Pond5 as I have found it to be both professional and inviting when it comes to purchasing what I need.

All round an amazing business that puts its creators material in the hands of customers of which it warmly welcomes.

They closed my seller profile after uploading over 30k SFX resources, claiming that 3 resources weren't mine. No further explanation given. They blocked all earnings I had accumulated, yet to this day, they still have all my resources on their website and continue to sell them without compensating me. I've contacted them multiple times without ever receiving a response. What do you call it if not fraud? Be careful, they're selling resources that aren't theirs without paying those who uploaded them. They profit by scamming those who work. The ridiculous part is that every day I receive emails about how much I've earned, yet they keep it all for themselves. I want my resources deleted immediately!!!

I've given Pond5 top ratings before. Regarding my latest interaction, I had a computer problem that resulted in the loss of several videos I'd purchased and downloaded months earlier. I didn't even have a record of the videos I'd chosen from the hundreds I'd browsed. I contacted customer service and within 24 hours a rep (talkin' about you, Claire) had looked up the videos I'd bought and reset them for me to download again free of charge. Fast, easy, and efficient. So another 5 star rating from me.
