Extremely poor customer service.

RDI Solutions are very happy to "calculate" a R&D tax relief claim, and put this claim in for you but if there are any checks from the HMRC compliance team, suddenly RDI Solutions are no where to be seen. We have had to deal with this ourselves following RDI Solutions not dealing with this.

The were many cases of "sorry, this person left and this wasn't dealt with" etc. so be very careful.

Even after asking serval times (when actually getting a response) to know who is replying to emails, they never give a name.

They cannot provide any evidence of their calculations, so stay away.

I would strongly recommend that the 35% commission is not worth the hassle.

I know of a few more companies that have had the same happen.

The company fails to provide good customer service and communication. Lack of response to our emails regarding ongoing cases and relation to HMRC Compliance checks.
This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable for 35% commission!

Randomly contacted via linkdin by Aimee at RDI about a possible SDLT refund. We had a phone call and looked into this to find that 2 properties bought within the last 4 years were potentially eligible for a partial/full refund because of the condition of the properties at the time of buying. It was a very easy process and good communication throughout and very unexpected. Full refunds for both properties, although RDI do take a decent chunk, but as I wasn't even aware of a possible refund that seemed fine to me. I'm always a bit skeptical of things like this but there was no upfront payment and after looking up the company online I felt at ease with everything. Very happy to have an extra few grand back! Thank you

Didn't realise I could claim back for my stamp duty fee. Saw an advert online and got a call from RDI solutions who helped me through the process. Had to provide a few details about my two properties that had some issues when I purchased them and they did the rest. Had lots of contact along the way with a detailed report sent to me.

One Successful claim paid out and now waiting for the other. Thanks again Arman and Ellie

I can’t thank this company enough!! After doing my own due diligence into many tax incentive consultancies, I decided to use RDI Solutions for my Research and Development Tax Credit as they indemnify you for 5 years in the event of an HMRC enquiry.

I was dedicated with my own personal account manager Matthew who guided me through the process taking a lot of the legwork away from me. He was brilliant!! I was paid out from the HMRC within 12 weeks but then received an enquiry a few months after.

I can’t thank the after care team enough at RDI Solutions, they defended the enquiry on my behalf with zero hassle allowing me to focus on my business. They kept me updated along the way and it’s now been closed successfully.

Typically I am not the type of person who does reviews but after the outstanding process that I went through with Matthew Boatwright at RDI Solution I thought it would only be fair to share my experience. I was initially contacted by Matthew back in Late October who advised me that I might be applicable for a stamp duty refund on a property purchased back in 2022.

From start to finish Matthew was completely transparent and advised me that this was a no win no fee situation and unless I was paid out for a successful claim then this would be the only time I would be due to pay for he's time.

After sending Matthew all my documentation from my solicitor, I was contacted within 24 hour to confirm what my refund would be and 7 weeks later I have now received the exact figure he quoted.

Can't Thank Matthew and RDI Solution enough and would highly reccomened to anyone!

I've been waiting for a couple of months until I thought I could give a positive review as I've been awaiting my R&D tax claim to be paid out first.

I'm pleased to say that it was received last week and I cannot fault the service provided by Matthew at RDI. Every instruction was clear and transparent and there was "hard-sell" or anything of this sort. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else.

The company misled me through sales tactics. They took very personal information from me and then after a year of me trying to get a reply from them they said they lost my paperwork.
What really annoyed me was the sarchastic attitude the displayed towards me.
The date i have given is a rough estimate as i have tried to forget the whole experience.

Lee was very professional and made the whole process very easy from start to finish. Any questions we had he was very thorough in his response and was a pleasure to deal with.
