Not a happy customer
Service is really slow. I had to wait for two hours in the airport after I had collected my bags to receive my car as they had no cars. There were a few people in this predicament also.
The lady dealing with mine and several others requests was on a personal phone call aswell as the work phone.
Prices do not include tax or insurance so don't be alarmed when they price you were quoted is not what you pay for.
This is my second time renting with this company, and it's safe to say it will be the last time.
The car I was given still has the same problems I reported to them the last time I rented (somehow I was given the exact same car)
Unfortunately alot of negatives and not many positives.
