Easy to use with lots of information about choices.

It would be good if you could save your build in some way. Whilst doing mine I had to go back because I assumed it would save in my basket.

Staff in the store took the time to find out what I really wanted and then explained the options. Use of the jig resulted in picking the best fit for me.

Ordering was very frustrating. Long time customer of Ribble too. I was getting plenty of emails encouraging to purchase during the "spring sale". You could see the "sale price" but that never transferred into the "cart". I got the bike anyways, but it was 5-600 Euros more. I did search for help. I sent an email. Slow reply and no solution was offered. So, lack of customer service. I was hesitant to still make the purchase...but in the end I did. I now worry that if the bike has any issue, there will be no support.

From ordering to delivery of my bike was three working days bike was very well packaged and clear instructions on pre ride checks etc not been out on it yet but so so good will be out on it this weekend .

The bike came packaged perfectly, everything was safe and secure. The custom colour is beautiful, I couldn’t be happier! One of my favourite things about the buying process with Ribble is you get a timeline and updates on what stage your bike is at throughout the build, this was a really nice touch. I would highly recommend a Ribble bike to anyone!

Absolutely first class service from the guys at the showroom in Clitheroe, arranged a test ride without faff and gave me excellent advice on the bike that suited my needs.
Highly recommend calling in and speaking to the guys if your after first rate advice.
Got my bike delivered to the showroom and it was there within 7 days, all set up and ready to go. Very happy with the bike and the service I received.

Having viewed and pondered on a new endurance road bike o finally decided on a Ribble.

Very clear descriptions across all aspects of buying a new bike. From the sizing to the specs. Gave a sense of great confidence what you are buying is exactly what you are getting.

Easy step by step process in ordering the bike, I particularly liked the break down of components and the ability to refine your chosen bike.

Very impressed with the speed and process from placing the order to receiving notification of my bike being despatched.
