quite a few offers of varied apartments, a pity that to contact the tenant you have to become a premium

Very few contacts and limited visibility

Very few contacts, almost zero. Despite the pandemic period it does not work anymore it was in the past. Quite expensive, limited visibility of the searchers without description of their requirements, difficult to communicate.

Not so useful, few contacts and most of the time there are missing or zero details of the people that are searching a room.

As you are aware, the current sanitary crisis has had a considerable impact on the rental market. Potential tenants and especially international students are very uncertain about moving out. As a result, rental demands have witnessed a remarkable drop in recent months.

Elisa, to our great regret, some members choose to skip the description step when creating their ads and we totally understand how this can be frustrating to you.

Be assured, however, that we do our utmost effort to encourage them to add a detailed description. Indeed, we send them an email right after their registration to invite them to edit their description and add a profile picture as well. This way, landlords can have a better idea of who they are and arrange a viewing if they are interested in their profile.

Expensive service with almost no choices

The market is already full of better competitors...many free...asking to pay a sum when there are few choices (almost all posted months ago) is like a scam. You should think twice when ask for a membership.

It helped me find the last roommate, so I have to say Thank you!
I cannot give more stars than 3 because I notice a great decline in the quality of service and efficacy since the site changed from "easystanza" to "roomgo": fewer customers, increase of rates, fewer features.
You can do better, guys...!

I've been satisfied member for years…

I've been satisfied member for years until something happened, the name changed and I didn't get contact any longer. Trusting in hope I kept on beeing member, I paid what has been the year price, but only for 4 months. No contact, no reply to my offer for 4 months... and just one today, the first day after my membership expired. I guess I should pay again probably to find out that the contact is pure marketing. Ridiculous...

The site is getting costlier and…

The site is getting costlier and costlier with fewer and fewer costumers, there is something weird that keep people enrolled while they have harder time to find potential tenants. Since I started using this site (which was easystanza) the clients have decreased drastically. I will not advertise about this site anymore because I care for my friends, I think that they may find a better website. SIGNED “A very unsatisfied long term costumer”. ps BTW the yearly subscription doubled I used to pay 67€

This site helped me ti find a room…

This site helped me ti find a room without cont acting for first the owners. As a searcher it has been easier and faster for me. If the owners like your profile they contact you first. Once you found what un were looking for, diasctivate the account or the mails continue to arrive on your ma il box

very nice site for very nice people

I approached "easystanza" surfing on internet. It seemed a very serious site where I could find serious and nice people for my apartment.
First of all I put in the site fotos and description. The day after I received potential interested people yet.
And day after day new interested people, who were right as I asked for in my announce asked infos about the flat or asked for an appointment :wow!!!!
I found new tenants in the time of a month and for the reason that I had not spent my payed 3 months could even hold the other two months for future researches !
The team who works inside the site is very helpful and active! Every day you receive a "résumé" of potential people who are like you asked for.
I would suggest to everyone "easystanza".I discovered that it exists even in other countries of the world:it's easy to use, easy to find. Easy, isn't it?
