RUDE AND LIE FROM SAMSUNG UK EMPLOYEE !!!
Buy a S23Ultra and after that I discover phone have problem with wifi connection. I contact Samsung who send a technician at my home due to my medical condition. Technician don't fix problem but bend-damage a corner of back lid. I make complain against incompetent technician and I request to replace my phone. Technician lie and he say phone have corner bended but he not make picture in front of me, in my house , before tom take in his van. Absolute disgusting and a shame for a Samsung technician. Due to this absolute embarrassing and unacceptable situation, I decide to cut direct debit and stop to pay instalments for phone. Samsung Finance send me to call Samsung UK at 0333 000 0333. Another joke and disgusting fact with this number where after a lot of pres 1,2,3,4.... and somebody answer after a few attempt, they hang phone in my face....
Is absolute unacceptable how samsung and his employers treat customers.
I refuse to pay any penny until my phone will be replaced with a new phone, not one refurbish.
I advise ppl to be careful when buy any product from samsung and see clear warranty rules.
