Very poor customer service

Using the Samsung website and the chat feature I find there are always problems. Nearly all consultants are ill trained and mostly cut you off or take a long time to respond and then cut you off after 2 or 3 minutes if you do not respond. Answers are not responded correctly or promptly.
I have mostly used the service to query products I want to purchase, however have either just not purchased or gone else where.

I've had samsung zfold 5 for 4 months…

I've had samsung zfold 5 for 4 months and foldable screen split right in the middle of crease, and rubber buffer that separated both screen when folded had snap when I took the case off, ready for samsung to check over of the device
Because it broken (the rubber buffer) it now warranty avoid even though screen split had nothing todo with it
DONT BUY THE FOLD PHONE
TAKE THIS AS A WARNING ⚠️ otherwise your wasting your money, might think of going back to buying apple products again

Samsung Service - I think this is the worst experience of…

I think this is the worst experience of my consumer life.
Think of your worst experience contacting a company in my case, to book a repair to an oven, multiply it by 10 or more. That's my experience with the Samsung UK site. The chat is not any better and even when I managed to book a return call from the repair partner nothing happened. Circular web pages and menus that lead nowhere or back to the page you started with. Required serial numbers taken from the product but not recognized, no answers, no people, nothing works, no chance I would buy again. Which is a shame as the oven is pretty good.

They don’t even deserve 1 star .

They don’t even deserve 1 star .
The worst costumer service.Stayed on the line more then 2 hours and nothing solved at the end .
It take around 1 hour to understand and write my name and surname down , after that you can understand how our call went .
Spend around 900£ to buy the washing machine and stopped working in less than 10 months.
At the end the cos.service said you have to pay for the engineer because you didn’t send a video of the machine .

Dreadful, disappointing

I returned a faulty phone and over a month later, I still have not received my refund. I have wasted time and time again speaking to customer services who say they will resolve the issue but to no avail.
Very disappointed

Don't buy samsung Applicances

Don't buy samsung Applicances, I bought tv not even 3 years and i can put it to bin because samsung don't care about customers. Better to bought in different companies not in this scamers. Be aware, they just want your money without provide you customer service and any help

NO WAY TO RECOVER DATA FROM LOST PHONE

I got very dissapointed with Samsung. After loosing my phone I bought a new one and I was surprised to know I COULDN'T RETRIEVE MY DATA.
All my notes and pictures are gone.
I contacted Samsumg team over the phone and there was nothing they could do about it. What's the point to have a Samsung account and do back up regularly if the customer will loose everything?
Samsung just let a lot to be desired.

Bought the bubble soak washing machine…

Bought the bubble soak washing machine and heat pump tumble drier about 4 years ago. Both have been reliable for 99% of the time. I had one issue with the washing machine last year so I phoned support who then booked an Engineer. The guy took it appart and said the drum was faulty so a new part was ordered and fixed the following week.

Unhelpful

Came in to browse on what phone is available. Just needed to ask quick questions which should take less than a minute. However, he (not sure his name) told me to ask another colleague to book a slot to see someone which I didn't want as I wasn't looking to purchase yet. The fact that he was walking around on his phone, not doing anything which I say rather lazy. You could be helping costumers not sending them to book a slot! Not everyone wanting to buy on the first visit!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Well noted that the comments here on Trustpilot are never replied to is a clear indication of how much Samsung couldn't care less.

Poor customer service pit on hold for…

Poor customer service pit on hold for 45 mins and then cut the phone call .this is the third I make a call and same thing happens if u can't pick up calls then remove your number from from your site disgusting 0 % customer service really dissatisfied
came to samsung shop today at 6 as expected waited there for 30 mins and they said technical support time is finished at 6:30 I said I was here at 6 I can't help u thanks Samsung for wasting my time and money I paid £6 for parking and £20 petrol for coming al over from Luton please don't buy phones from Samsung I'm switching to Apple iPhone now .

Samsung’s customer service is…

Samsung’s customer service is disgraceful. We were completely mislead by their agents and ended up paying for a service they could not execute (removal of an old appliance). Surely they should speed up refunds requested as a result of their own faults, however 10 days have gone by without seeing the amount credited back to our account. Endless calls waiting for undertrained staff to listen to you, explaining numerous times the same issue because they don’t seem to be able to track customers records, and nothing has been done, absolutely no respect for customers despite raising a formal complaint. It’s shocking to see how little they respect their customers. I’d rather pay more to their competitors than going back to Samsung.

RUDE AND LIE FROM SAMSUNG UK EMPLOYEE !!!

Buy a S23Ultra and after that I discover phone have problem with wifi connection. I contact Samsung who send a technician at my home due to my medical condition. Technician don't fix problem but bend-damage a corner of back lid. I make complain against incompetent technician and I request to replace my phone. Technician lie and he say phone have corner bended but he not make picture in front of me, in my house , before tom take in his van. Absolute disgusting and a shame for a Samsung technician. Due to this absolute embarrassing and unacceptable situation, I decide to cut direct debit and stop to pay instalments for phone. Samsung Finance send me to call Samsung UK at 0333 000 0333. Another joke and disgusting fact with this number where after a lot of pres 1,2,3,4.... and somebody answer after a few attempt, they hang phone in my face....
Is absolute unacceptable how samsung and his employers treat customers.
I refuse to pay any penny until my phone will be replaced with a new phone, not one refurbish.
I advise ppl to be careful when buy any product from samsung and see clear warranty rules.

Embarrassing useless Tech Department

Awful customer services and their tech support department is an embarrassment.
The update on my fridge failed and caused the screen to be frozen. This has happened previously and they talked me through how to fix. This time (i forgot how to do it ) when it happened they didn’t have a clue how to fix it and wanted me to pay £150 for a fridge engineer to come and repair it.
My fridge wasn’t broken! Why should I have to pay for a failed software update on their side!
After spending time googling it all it was was to
Locate the screen switch within the fridge simply turn off and on to reboot the screen!
If the fridge tech department didn’t known this then they all want sacking as they are not fit to do their job as it’s just a basic task! Shame on you Samsung

Appalling product reliability and customer care

Samsung TV less than 2 years old stopped working. Tried everything, Called Samsung UK. Advised warranty is only one year and therefore ours is not covered. Gave 2 options. Contact a repair specialist who they nominate and "we pay" for a report and any repairs! Or, we could have 15% off anything on their website!!! Big deal, probably more expensive thah the High St. I will never buy anything from Samsung again, including mobile phones of which I have had at least 3.

Brought a new phone online

Brought a new phone online, raised a complaint 1 week after the purchase and have heard nothing. Chased and was told that it's in a queue and will be dealt with. I doubt it's in any queue and was never recorded. Have heard nothing, not impressed.

Poor Manufactured products and No Loyalty

To begin with I am surprised about Samsung, for years they were reliable in terms of manufacturing great products and ok customer service but oh my how that has changed ... I have had the Fold6 for 3 weeks and already paint is peeling by the power button. I called customer service who unfortunately are poor, the operator wasn't helpful or reassuring that they could help me. They have put it down to cosmetic damage ( before my phone arrived I purchased a £70 case and front and back protectors ect) although Samsung have recently made a statement about the exact issue of paint peeling around the power button calling it Leakage Current ( so they do know this happening!!!). I have been a Samsung customer for years but looks like loyalty has now gone at Samsung. Anyone reading this go look at Apple products because at least the customer support is better than Samsung by a mile.

I can now understand all the bad reviews - worst shopping experience ever

I can now understand all the bad ratings.
The worst shopping experience i have ever encountered! And I mean that.
Had an issue with my S21 Ultra and went into Kings X store. They were very helpful - no issues with the store. I ordered a new S24 Ultra and this was scheduled for the next day. I missed the DPD doorbell and had no notification. I tried to reschedule through the DPD application which stated successful for the next day. Went back to tracking, and it said its on its way back to Samsung. WHY!!!!! and Why no re-delivery option. Spent 2 days at home away from the office needlessly. Now after numerous chats with support, I find that the re-schedule is not until the 14th October!!! Ordered on 23rd of September. I have been with Samsung since the days of the S3 phone and had numerous phones/tablets. I will forget them in future. I will go elsewhere.

I have the S23 love it

I have the S23 love it, great camera, easy to use, and I can transfer data pretty easily(only possible if you have your old Samsung phone). Was able to transfer all my images and some of my data from my S23 to my iPhone 16.

Never Buy a Samsung product. Do so at your risk

Boughy Expensive Samsun TV as it had 5 year warranty. We did register the TV . after 1 year now that is broken, they tell us we did not register for Extended warranty. And we always register all of our products, They purposefully make it difficult to register fro extended warranty so that they don't have to fulfil it. this is fraudulent, trying to con innocent people
