Easy and helpful! The young man was polite and process was simple to switch from a previous company that has gone up in rates and not as easy of process! Plus...my friend referred and she is making $50 off her bill. Did I mention he found me lower rates?!
Very helpful. I called multiple people before and this one phone call with save on answered all my questions and found out exactly which plan I needed in under 30 mins. It was awesome. It made the whole experience less stressful.
I was lied to. When I called the energy company I had to cancel my order and start the entire process over completely. They just wanted to sell me.
I worked with Erika. She was great. She heard what our status as a family was, size, needs and talked to me about what brought me to the website. When she looked at the plan I was looking at she explained why it wasn’t a good fit for us and found us a better plan. I’m very happy!

So I was just helped by Tim K with getting me setup with a new electric company after my current company is trying to rip me off. I have had such a bad time calling my current and other electric company's over the past few days and Tim really did go above and beyond! He explained everything in detail and make sure there was no hidden fees or other hidden chargers.I can not say enough how good his customer service is and has been the bright spot in my search for a new company.I am echoing the other review about Tim K employee ID 5954 that this guy should have a raise or a promotion! That is one employee you should look after and keep.And to echo what the other review said my call ended with me in a good mood and in possession of a good plan
